King of the Board is one of the few accolades i have never won here in the UCA and I am now going to reveal what happened as only I, Maniac and Tom know it. I lobbied Tom to let Maniac be the special Guest Referee, only his vote would matter in order to super hype up me and Maniacs feud heading into Summer Spectacular. I knew Chronic could use being King way more than myself and that I would climb the mountain on my own anyway. Sure enough I would have won the match had I not interceded and Maniac and I proceeded to have an amazing feud over his MW title that culminated at Summer Spectacular. I think Maniac always regretted his role in it - it was far too heel for him and he remained face the entire rest of his career but I just want him to know it was one of my favorite parts of this project. --- Board 8's Voice of Reason http://i.imgur.com/chXIw06.jpg |

Which was like the entire point Jesus was trying to make by the way. Theres a school of thought that Christ was less messiah and more Jewish reformer. And its through that lens that he makes the most sense. Arguing that ideas like hell and titheing and practices like the rich getting the best seats in the synagogue are the things he was railing against. This naturally posed an existential threat to the ruling class of rabbis so they had him killed, the end. And two of his trigger powers (Mercury and Venus) were so extremely tricky to use that they verged on useless - mainly because there were VERY few single ally targeting abilities in the game which made using them rather difficult. That said his mars combo was bonkers and I never regretted bankrupting myself for him. We experienced an entire year of baseless optimism about what the tax plan MIGHT be and about the trillions of dollars trump MIGHT spend on infrastinfrastructure. The real tax plan was great for them but not the monumental gamechanger it needed to be to justify the stock markets optimism. He has improved SO MUCH even just from his IC title match early last year vs Naito. He has become such an earnest and believable baby face. My opinion is that they should have had Barney and Robin's wedding and the meeting of the mother at the midseason finale and then use the second half of the season to flesh out all the stuff the happened in the final episode.
