The biggest problem with Bannerlord will be that my home wifi is horribly slow. It's early access so it's not like I can buy a physical copy. It's like 60 GB which would take me days to download. What a horrible time to get kicked off my college campus :(

But holy shit, it looks so good.

Maybe it'd be best if I wait for bug fixes and modders to get started? But it feels sad to miss out on the first release. But I've already missed out on the beta.

I dunno how you can say a game is boring compared to Stardew Valley. AC at least has much better characters and dialogue. Maybe it's just me but Stardew Valley farming feels more tedious than fun.

SV farming also has Island Syndrome, as long as you're tending to your farm there's no distraction with you. Part of the genius of Animal Crossing is that hunting for bugs, river fish, fossils, and weeds necessarily brings you in contact with roaming villagers.

We have waited for BANNERLORD for nearly a decade at this point. To be clear I'd have to ask my mom for money either way but I think I could get her to buy me one but not both in such a short time span (Bannerlord is 3/31)

Animal Crossing is a slice of life game where you collect fish and bugs and fruit to buy furniture for your house and pay off your mortgage. In the process you meet and speak to the other villagers living there who you can befriend.
