The troubleshooting page on steamcommunity is massive and has separate entries for different types of unexplained framerate degradation, from ones that occur every 5 seconds, every 30 seconds, to a progressive and degenerative slowdown for as long as the game runs, all of these having fixes ranging from tampering with your CPU settings to disabling and re-enabling your ethernet ports.

I should've listened to this board and bought DBFZ or Granblue... now the sale is over and they're full price again. Steam says I have 2.3 hours in SFV (I get the degenerative slowdown problem) so I'm not sure if I can even refund
