The farthest that the Lobos went was the 98-99 season when they got in the elite 8 led by Kenny Thomas. I think they got blown out by UConn or some other powerhouse team. Usually they make it to the sweet 16 or an early exit. Lobo fan for well over 30 years!

Some of us were making a shit ton of lasagna at a family reunion some years back and my aunt (her parents were Italian immigrants) was using bechamel instead of ricotta. Depends on what part of Italy. Northern Italy uses bechamel Southern Italy uses ricotta. Americans use cottage cheese.
