Yeah I like them. The waffles tend to run on the thin and crisp side, I like that. I usually go with onions and tomatoes on a double order of hash browns along with a waffle. Its not amazing cuisine but if I am traveling in the Waffle House regions I make it a point to stop.

IHOP is pretty good but I don't know how the two compare except both having breakfast food and not selling booze. IHOP doesn't even feel like a diner, just a sit down restaurant that specializes in pancakes. Are any IHOPs open 24 hours a day?

Anyway, my Waffle House favorite is their hashbrowns. Double order, of course--with onions, cheese, ham, and tomatoes. I like their chili, too, and if I'm extra hungry I'll get that on the side.

I don't think I have ever even been in a state in which a Waffle House exists. I've never been to the south. I kinda would like to try it if I ever got the chance. I heard Waffle House's are dangerous if you go late at night

as a native georgian i have only ever liked waffle house in georgia

idk what it is but waffle house hits differently/worse in florida, tennessee, alabama, or wherever else

so don't do it unless you're in georgia, and try to make it be in the atlanta metro area

When I drove from Michigan would start hitting them in mid Ohio or Southern Indiana depending on where I was heading.
