Jameis Winston to the BrownsThat man is really downgrading the quality of crab legs to steal by going there. Cousins to the Falcons is a worthwhile gamble for Atlanta. They desperately needed an upgrade at QB and a healthy Cousins is definitely that. The gamble comes with him recovering from a torn Achilles, which is an injury that still dramatically alters careers (an improvement from bring a sure fire career ender just 2 decades ago). It's definitely worth the risk though because at "worst," Cousins is a top 10 QB in the league and Atlanta hasn't really had anything comparable to that since Matt Ryan's MVP season 8-9 years ago. --- http://i.imgur.com/0APl48O.gifv ... Donald has been flirting with retirement since the pre-season of their Super Bowl year. He stuck around a couple of more years to make a LOT of change and was still comically dominant during his last season. He really might be the best defensive tackle ever.
The Keenan Allen trade still makes zero sense to me. Allen is older (31) and has been injured frequently the last couple of years but how can you look at his production last year (where he missed 4 games) and think that he's washed enough to be traded for a 4th rd pick? In a span of like 4 days, the Chargers have dissociated themselves from their three best receivers, one of whom was also their starting RB (though he had a crater year, which may mean that his impact days are done). I get putting your stamp on things but I question what the plan for them actually is. Jim Harbaugh famously prefers a strong running game but Justin Herbert still needs somebody to throw to. Mind you, it won't break my heart if they completely suck (I'm a Chiefs lifer and still think it's BS that they bolted San Diego....ha, pun!) but I hate to see absolute nonsense and the Allen thing sure seems like nonsense.
