Hrm.... the last couple of times I pulled colorless on a whim, they've all been 3*s. I suppose it's what I get for pulling colorless, but I was hoping for a nice 4* at least.



Well at least tomorrow I'll have plenty to do.

Will be leveling Bow Lyn and Tana for sure. And perhaps I'll 5* and level Klein. Begin merging my Nino... I probably don't need to level the 4* Nino too much for extra sp since my 5* is sitting at 7.4k right now.

I'm thinking about finally promoting my Klein to 5*. And with the 4* Nino I pulled today, I think I should finally start merging my 5* Nino. I held back because I was afraid of the monsters I'd face if I started facing merged teams. But... I think at this point I can handle it.

And maybe it'll help me avoid Horse Emblem teams even more.

Yeah I liked Ibuki too. She always had some of the best lines in the chapters she was in.





And as strange as it is? I also kind of liked Hiyoko. At least, in an antagonistic shit-talker kind of way. Outside of that, I share Lapis sentiment regarding her.

Sounds good! I've been enjoying the game so far. Favorite characters dying sucked, but it's no different than getting attached to a character in any other media that kills characters off a lot. I'm thinking of buying the 3rd game, assuming it works on this old ass computer.


And yeah, I knew I'd get some shit for liking Mikan. :P The archetype she fits is not everyone's cup of tea. But what can I say? I'm a sucker for it.

Been watching this streamer play Dangaronpa 2 for a bit. Was fun predicting who the victim/killer would be for each case with the rest of the chat. I managed to predict Case 1's killer and Case 2's victim.



Anyway, there's the character Mikan. The Ultimate Nurse. She's meek and rather lacking in confidence, but she's cute, nice, and actually helpful at times. She's ultimately the reason why the rest of the class didn't guess wrong in Trial 1, and her autopsy provided useful information in Trial 2 as well. As for her lack of confidence, well it turns out the source of her confidence issues is her getting abused both at home and outside it. It's really sad how she gets treated throughout most of her life, which really tugs at my protective side. Granted later on she says some things that give me pause....

Oh and let's not forget the fanservice moments. Those were great. >_>


Of course this is Dangaronpa so I was afraid of her getting killed. She's exactly the type of character that usually doesn't survive these types of games after all, and she not exactly the strongest character in the group of dwindling students. Chapter 3 features some "Despair Disease" that alters the personality of whoever gets inflicted by it. This is worrisome for me because being the one person who's looking after the ones who are sick, it would be awfully easy for someone to kill her while everyone's asleep and far away from the hospital that was recently made available.


And then she ends up being the killer. Not only that, she killed Ibuki who was a very nice girl who I couldn't see hurting anyone. She also killed Hiyoko, but that at least would be understandable(Even if she was an unintended victim). And this was all because of the disease she caught from fucking Nagito who should have died chapter 1.

We give them so much power, they shouldn't get off light if they abuse it because "Their job is hard". Yes, their job is hard. They routinely have to deal with assholes, many of which are fine with killing them. But that shouldn't meant they get to kill innocent people(Or at least people who didn't deserve to be killed) for free.

"I feared for my life" is essentially a "Get out of Jail Free" card.

I mean sure if there's actual danger, it's fine. But it seems like a lot of "cops" these days are afraid of their own shadows. Such as the ones who shoot a restrained man on the ground.

Or that instance when a cop shot an (off duty) black cop because "I was afraid". I think that instance really made the message crystal clear.

You are missing the intent of X Lives Matter in this case.

Black Lives Matter: The issue is that police are killing an alarmingly high amount of black people under suspicious circumstances and getting away with it. Almost as if the lives of black people was less than anyone else. The group wishes to stop that. It's not implying white people aren't important, or Hispanics, or anyone else isn't important. Just, more or less, "Can you stop killing black people for no reason please?"



The issue with "All Lives Matter" is that it's insincere. It's implying that BLM doesn't already believe that. An incorrect assumption for what I imagine is the majority of the people that fall under BLM(There's a few knuckleheads of course, but they don't represent the true message of BLM). The other issue is that ALM people.... don't really seem to care to do anything. It seems to exist purely to take attention away from black people. It's changing the subject, while offering no solution to the previous problem.

You've probably heard this example used before. But it's like going into a cancer ward, and complaining that there are other disease out there that needs curing too. While that's true, that person is doing absolutely nothing to contribute to curing cancer, and basically wants to end the conversation.


Blue Lives Matter is even worse because the police ALREADY gets so much support, it's difficult to believe that a lot of people don't value the lives of police officers. Yes yes "F The Police" but outside of criminals and edgelords, who actually says that? Who actually believes that? Cop killers are near universally derided, as is anyone who would support killing a cop. Additionally, who exactly gets away with killing a cop? If someone kills one and avoids getting arrested, sure. But who has killed a cop, been arrested, and was found 'Not Guilty' for killing a cop because of reasons?


It also feeds into the misconception that supporting the cops, and total subservience of the cops are the same thing. You can support the cops, yet still believe that disobeying one shouldn't result in an automatic death sentence. You can support the cops, yet still believe one should be fairly punished in a court of law. You can support the cops, yet still believe there is a serious problem with corrupt cops getting off easy for their crimes, and be against the "good" cops who turn a blind eye to them because "one of us".




TLDR: Black Lives Matter has a message

All/Blue Lives Matter is changing the subject without offering a solution.
