Imagine a board of a good 50% of that subject.

It just stopped being fun talking about Star Wars surrounded by that negativity.

Republicans don't want to work with anybody. This whole impeachment process has already proved that, if the years of them stonewalling Obama hasn't already.

The Obama administration alone showed that Republicans aren't willing to work with anyone differing, and when in power, their role is to dismantle the government piece by piece and commit literal crimes while doing it.

A collective party of elected officials have thrown their hat in the ring of this president for no reason other than their own party pride.

They've long stopped trying to convince the American people that they are the "good" side and are now focused on convincing the American people that anyone opposed to them is just as "bad".

They must be eliminated from the governmental equation. It is a moral imperative at this point.

The Stormtrooper Corps, while technically a division of the Imperial Army, is not actually "infantry". There are infantry divisions of the Imperial Army, of which Han Solo was part of in the Solo movie.

They're basically the Emperor's personal enforcers, and are trained to be fanatical servitors to his will. I believe they were meant to be equivalent to the German Nazi SS of World War II.

Why did Adrian suddenly backstab his daughter? He didn't show any signs of disapproval and even if he did where was his plan? You would think the smartest man in the world had thought of something rather than Dr M randomly teleporting him to his lair

My take is He didn't want her getting Dr. Manhattan's powers. In a way it's a kind of character development for him to understand that maybe it takes more than just one person's actions to save the world. I believe he didn't have much of a plan of his own because he'd been awake on Earth for maybe an hour and was at Trieu's mercy. When Jon teleported them, he was back in his element and the wheels started spinning.

EDIT: Or hey if you want to go another way with it, perhaps he was pissed at the idea that she was doing just about all of this to prove she was better than him and he was like "bitch, nobody's better than me".

I guess in short (assuming you're talking about the HBO show): Dr. Manhattan is presumably dead. All of Cyclops is dead. Lady Trieu is dead. Adrian was arrested by Laurie. Angela ate an egg which may or may not contain Dr. M's powers.

Saturday night I went out to get dinner, groceries, and a subway/bus card for later this week.

Had dinner, got on the highway to head to the nearest bus station that sold cards. It was dark at 6PM and rainy. Traveling like I do a million times listening to my podcasts. Didn't see that the car in front of me was nearly stopped until too late. By the time I had my foot on the brake, I slammed into him at no less than 25 mph (could have been more, hard to say). He then banged into the car in front of him, the actual one that stopped short that required him to stop short.

Anyway, no one's hurt, superficial damage to the other cars, but my entire front end is bowed in. Don't know what damage was done to the frame, but the hood, lights, grill, etc. are all messed up. Crazily, it was still driveable and I was able to get it home. Coincidentally, the crash happened right before the exit to take me back home, so I only had a half mile drive to get there.

Insurance company has my claim and they're going to schedule me an inspection to assess the damage. I spent today doing local errands. Fortunately, I have a Target in walking distance so I was able to get groceries without having to drive.

Came home from the errands to find one of my neighbors left the card of a nearby body shop and wrote a note on the back of the card that they highly recommended them. That was real nice of them.

Work already knows I'm not going to be in in the morning. Hopefully, the insurance company will get in touch with me early enough tomorrow so I can get the car to the shop and get a loaner to go on with my life while they work on it.

Well the good news is they don't have to. That ended pretty definitively honestly. Maybe it's a little too derivative of the original work, but hey what isn't a little derivative these days.

Y'know what one thing I did like was the idea of "rejection of masks". Both Ozy and Reeves talked down to the idea of masks. Ozy gave one of the Phillips a mask specifically to make him cruel, and Reeves realized his mask just kept trapped his hurt and fear.
