Oh God, that's almost the exact point I asked the same question in this topic. It gets good starting from episode 17. Before that I was binge watching and the slice-of-life style made that practice extremely boring.

Golden Wind is the exact opposite. It's more along the lines of Part 3 but, the Assassins are hardened gangsters and don't fuck around. In this part you either win or you die. The enemies are ruthless and never beg or surrender. They fight to the bitter end using everything they got. Like one battle the main characters capture then torture the enemy stand user to get intel on his partner.

Part IV is better then III. Part 3 was garbage until the second half and even then only a few of the fights were good. Part III suffered because Araki didn't know what stands were. Most the stands were simple and creative. Just stand of the week till DIO.

WoW is getting an expansion and hardly anyone is talking about it. More people are excited about them bringing back vanilla of all things. Retail WoW has almost been universally hated for a long time. It's pretty much dead at this point.
A new MMO is what Blizzard needs. Put WoW on the backburner for a few years while they work on something that the fans can get REALLY excited for lunatone.
