1. Gamers embrace digital distribution
You are reading too much into that. Just because they've spent the most on a particular service doesn't mean that they've 'embraced' digital distribution. If they've spent $5.00 for an Indy game, and nothing else, then they've spent the most money on that service. http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=3079 76% of people polled on this site basically say that digital distribution is only 'okay' or worse. Which is far from embracing it. 2. ...done right (Steam, PSN, XBLA) and without charging money for 20-year-old roms (lol Nintendo) If anything I think it goes to show that a lot of digital purchases ARE Indy games and the like. I'm not sure if Nintendo has any Indy games available. Most of their games are, as you've stated, re-releases. 3. I hate the Patriots and Belichick as much as anyone, and honestly that's a pretty low way to go.
The NFL needs to do more about concussions. Outer-padded Football Helmets need to be a priority in the league, and I honestly don't see why they aren't already. The only problem I see here is that they need to more clearly define what a sex offender is. Or have different levels of sex offenders.

Really? I don't get dental insurance because that would just be more expensive for me.. Check ups are only $50-$100 range with no insurance, can't remember exactly.

I bought a wireless router, it didn't work. Thankfully I was able to get my money back on it. Still online always isn't reliable for everyone, and some people don't even have high speed internet yet.
I think the Wii is more annoying as far as getting a game started going. Though there's probably an option to run from start that I'm missing. You have to get the cursor (which sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn't) And then if you want multiplayer (which most wii games are) sometimes you can go through it 2 and 3 times to get the remotes read properly. -- See You In Another Life, Brother.
