Yeah, I remember when we'd have at least 2 contests per year. We don't anymore. Additionally, traffic has gone down a lot. It just doesn't seem as active as it used to be on the boards. I'm guessing the popular topics thing on the home page is trying to get more posters.

I meant non-game boards, yeah. I mostly hang out on Board 8 and the PC board, and both seem like they're less active. Board 8 has been worse with the decrease in activity, though.

That tells you how forgettable the Rivalry Rumble was. It still bugs me that Bacon was all "adding fictional characters who wants to see Jane Eyre in this thing" as if a site that's 95%+ male would ever nominate Jane Eyre into this contest, but for some reason, he thinks a contest featuring Ike/Black Knight vs. Conker/Great Mighty Poo was a good idea.
