Then you want to increase your protein more so than you want empty calories. FYI a rough measure is someone seriously trying to put on muscle should aim for 1g of protein per lb of body weight. So you should be aiming for 145g of protein a day. You won't need to hit that, especially if you're just getting started, but being aware of your macro targets will help you better pick food. For comparison, a chicken breast is about 30g of protein. 2 tablespoons of peanut butter are 8g of protein.

If you're looking cheap, your best bet is to meal prep each week by buying bulk chicken breast, broccoli, and rice. You can mix up seasoning to add variety or cook the chicken in different ways, but if you stick to simple ingredients prepared yourself you can hit those targets on the cheap.

Just to add on, you can rotate some lean ground beef in there (93% or leaner). Eggs (and egg whites) are also a fantastic source for protein. You can also add in some other carbs besides brown rice if you want, like wheat bread or potatoes. Tracking your protein intake and calorie intake is the most important thing. No need to slam 4,000 calories a day or anything like that, or else you will just get fat. It is different for everyone, but I think a range of 2500 to 3000 calories and 150 to 200g of protein is good.

Calories in vs Calories out is all that matters for weight loss. All those special BS stuff like keto, intermittent fasting etc. are just flavor.

The real weight loss treatment is eating less. Shocker, but people really dont want to accept that. Thats why they invent all kinds of stuff to avoid eating less.

This, the only benefit to intermittent fasting is that some people find it easier to stick to the diet if they have this strict eating schedule, so they can keep their calories down.

If the sticking to the schedule sucks too bad, then try something else. The "magic" diet is just whatever diet you find the easiest to stick to everyday to keep your calories down.

Im guessing they added the human into the Covenant for storytelling purposes, its a whole lot easier to dump exposition when you have a human hanging with the aliens.

Looks like they will mostly be telling the Fall of Reach story with some tweaks, which is good, probably the best story to start with for the first season. I am a little concerned with how they treat Halsey and the Spartans though, calling them controllable and what not.

After Bungie handed Halo over, 343 leaned way too hard into this whole Halsey is evil plot line that I didnt think worked at all, the Kilo 5 book trilogy was pretty awful for leaning into it so hard. Im glad Halo Infinite just totally dropped that plot line, they must have realized it wasnt working.

I used edit ski/snowboard videos w/ my friends in middle/high school, and it would be really cool to be a content creator fo sho, but I don't have any big ideas for videos currently. I am really enjoying playing around in the editing software though.

Just got a bunch of smash clips for now, might just make a long combo video first. Only a few are from the CE gameplay sessions unfortunately, it is a lot easier to farm clips on Elite Smash lol

I am not nearly as familiar with female diets, especially after giving birth, but I feel like 1200 calories is really low, maybe you could bump that up? The more you eat, the less hungry you feel, the easier it is to stick to a diet. You can offset additional calories by adding in some gym time/cardio also

Nice, I got my BS in electrical engineering w/ biomedical focus, and I took several classes on neural simulations, relating brains/minds/computers, etc. It was cool seeing how you could model neurons as the typical circuits I was used to seeing as an EE. Ended up getting a masters in petroleum engineering, but I always thought if I didnt have to worry about money it would be really cool to go back to academics and get a PhD and do research

Yes, science is very much so not synonymous with technology.

Technology is how science is applied to solve real world problems, measuring how technology has evolved is a pretty good metric for measuring how science has evolved

Im kinda sad i felt nothing for this chapter. Garou and MB teaming up is definitely something i wanted to see happen but in the far future where Garou is a good guy. But this happening now takes away from his role as the antagonist. And in this arc, he is suppose to be the epitome of an antagonist to the heroes and then Saitama being the perfect answer for him. At least we still have the webcomic.

Im thinking God will intervene and give his power to Garou, turning him into the disaster level god evil monster that we were expecting, once he fully breaks out of that cocoon shell he is in now
