Looks like they will mostly be telling the Fall of Reach story with some tweaks, which is good, probably the best story to start with for the first season. I am a little concerned with how they treat Halsey and the Spartans though, calling them controllable and what not. After Bungie handed Halo over, 343 leaned way too hard into this whole Halsey is evil plot line that I didnt think worked at all, the Kilo 5 book trilogy was pretty awful for leaning into it so hard.
