My question is why was it a penalty on Team USA but not a foul on Canada if the Canadian player came from behind, tripping up the American player? The Canadian player stepped in front of the American player and was trying to control the ball. The American player didnt expect that, and tried to clear the ball, taking out the legs of the Canadian player. You cant go through a player to get the ball. There is a video of the foul at this link: https://www.si.com/college/cal/other-sports/usa-loses-in-semifinal It all happened really fast, before replay it would probably have been a no call. Not a terrible call I would say though, just unlucky on the Americans part. Honestly the American defender should not have been going after that ball so nonchalant, if she ran hard to get it cleared, that would not have happened. --- Hello world! |

Watching the replays, looks like a pretty clear foul on the US defender, you can't just kick the shit out of the opposing player's leg and trip them (even if you were aiming for the ball). Yeah the important point is that it is a lot less severe for a vaccinated person (compared to any strain on an unvaccinated person). It was allowed to spread due to the lack of vaccination in India, the UK, and the US. The Lambda variant has already been identified and is also vaccine resistant. We dont do anything special for people who cant get the flu shot or chicken pox vaccine. As for the risk of new variants, Im not going to run around scared about some theoretical possibility, every virus that exists can mutate and be dangerous, we cant make policy on the what if scenarios or else this pandemic will literally never end. --- Hello world! |

Basically 4x of the top end amount of testosterone a woman would naturally produce. -Ignores all the facts of going through puberty as a man: Bigger hands, growth plates close later, taller, denser bones, etc. -Testosterone by itself isn't a good measurement in itself: Men naturally produce more "free testosterone", which is way better in muscle building than females; men are also more efficient in taking advantage of testosterone in the body, as they have less binding proteins that females produce since males produce less estrogen. --- Hello world! |

My wife and I are both in great shape, exercise regularly, chug water so much that we own a water cooler, and have been up to date on all our vaccines, and we both got railed by pfizer #2. Same for me, I am in good shape and both shots kicked my ass. Both gave me the typical fever for the next day, but for about 2 weeks after I had a horrible cough and lost my voice. Had to sit in a steam shower at times just to get relief from the cough --- Hello world! |
