I was thinking of re-starting Dragon Quest 11, but doubt I could actually finish it in the time I have. Looking for games enjoyable, not too tough, that I could actually get through. I might also try Tales of Arise or RE8. My son likes watching the new Ratchet so we only play that together. I have RE8 and Forgotten City. Been thinking of a return to Assassin's Creed 2 but it's too long. Available consoles: PS1-5, SNES, N64, Cube, Wii, Switch, Saturn or Dreamcast Target: something I can beat in 4-8 hours. Preference toward platformers, RPGs, action/adventure titles. | AndreLeGeant 10/19/21 2:19:21 PM #22 | SMW is very good and does a lot of nifty exploration stuff that SMB3 lacks. SMW feels duller because the levels in each world are more same-y and less mental. Because the exploration aspect now doesn't hit as hard as it did in 1991, that same-y-ness stands out. However, I have no nostalgic connection to the system, and the PS1 has almost all the 2D fighters from the Saturn and a lot of the JRPGs. Other games like Nights into Dreams were remade or ported. I have the following: Famicom NES Sega Genesis SNES PSX N64 PS2 GameCube Wii And then PS3, PS5 and Switch hooked up to my modern TV. I also have an AtGames arcade with most 2D arcade games.
