He's great when he's playing his snarky "David Spade"character or a loser like Joe Dirt but he's been getting these lameass normie roles lately that aren't fit for him. Anyway I gave it shot cuz the female lead Lauren Lapkus seemed outrageous in all the previews and she is commendable for having Farley levels of energy but she had absolutely NONE of the sensibility or giant cow charm he had. Also I needed something to fall asleep to. No chemistry whatsoever and the jokes/gags are soooo fucking awkward. Like when you react to a joke that's kinda funny but isn't so you're stuck in that "eHhhhhhh???" kind of face 99% of the time.
