Obviously context decides what means what. A rape scene is meant to be horrifying. An educational sex scene (do sex ed classes actually show people having sex btw? I doubt it.) is meant to educate. A narrative sex scene of two lovers is meant to be titillating. Otherwise it wouldn't feel awkward to watch them in movies with your parents. --- |
