| Alanna82 08/07/21 12:43:31 PM #25 | Star Ocean 5. Seriously. I knew it got horrible reviews, but I liked Star Ocean 4 the best, and that got pretty bad reviews too. I got a way better game than what the reviews said. I really enjoyed the plot about the little girl (who was actually done realistically where she doesn't actually fight, she just is AI controlled and will buff you) Its not the best game and I enjoyed Star Ocean 4 more, but I felt it was better than Star Ocean 3 (yeah... very unpopular opinion) --- Don't mess with a Bunny! |

Not everything carries over (money, levels for example) and most of what does carry over you can decide at any time in the monastery what you want. So if you want to start at professor rank A+ but start your skills over at E you can do that if you have the renown. The things that outright carry over are any unlocks from the statues, your battalions, and the endgame marketplace items (though you still have to unlock the extra merchant shops again). Its sometime after chapter 4. It takes place in either month 8 or 9. But you are right it can't be narrowed down to an exact time frame. Also the events of the DLC are not "canon" to the main plot. Its more of a "what if" --- Don't mess with a Bunny! |

The DLC is much harder than the main story. I'd say normal DLC is equivalent to hard main story. IMHO. --- Don't mess with a Bunny! |

| Alanna82 07/24/21 3:09:49 PM #28 | The fact that lava axe is bad shows how power creep is. I haven't played magic since around 2000 and I remember liking Lava Axe. (Isn't it basically the equivalent of a 5 damage fireball? 5 damage for 5 mana was acceptable back then. ) I like homelands cards because they tried to fight power creep with that set because people complained all the good cards cost money (like most of the Alpha power cards they dropped.) Then people complained it was too weak. I like close long drawn out games. Not games that rely on one combo to win in two turns. --- Don't mess with a Bunny! |

But there are examples of singular they that are older than examples of singular you - and I've never seen anyone give a legitimate reason why it's okay for 'you' to be both singular and plural but not 'they.' Sorry if I offended you Cassanova. I've been accused of having multiple personality disorder in the past and the pronoun "they" gives me bad memories. Referring to myself as they brings me to a bad place. It took me so long to realize that everything was just different aspects of myself. I'm not saying other people cannot use they. I didn't realize it at first because I went back to being a girl so I really never second guessed things. Even as a 6th grader I always thought that somehow I was a boy being raised as a girl (and then realized that I didn't want to be a boy, so I stopped those thoughts right away.) I did get more feminine as I got older then several people I know came out as trans so I started thinking about it myself. I flux between female and certain degrees of non-binary. I'm still using this account because it turns out the character I got the name from (a Tamora Pierce novel) the character of Alanna is also genderfluid. (The author revealed it years later) So do you want me to call you Tomina? Or are you going to be a tomboy now? (sorry for the bad pun)If you want to talk you can always private message me.
