Just have him be a moisture farmer with his mom and older half brother Owen. Circumstances have him meet the Jedi who see his potential. He decides to run off to have adventure and excitement in the Clone Wars to escape the boredom and drudgery of being a moisture farmer on a backwoods planet in the galaxy. Owen wants him to stay and forever holds a grudge against Obi Wan for taking his brother away and leading him to his doom.
Also, the clones should have been the bad guys. The Republic gets desperate and starts a draft leading to a highly militarized culture that's ripe for turning into a fascist dictatorship by Palpatine, who has been scheming the whole time. --- Fix your hearts or die. When I sin I sin real good. |

Most people can't afford to put money back for retirement or 401ks and stuff like that. Lots of people are living paycheck to paycheck. And no, people aren't being "doomers" (stupid term) for thinking about how things in America are headed in a godawful direction and how Republicans want to kill Social Security. The rich want people poor and desperate and they're winning.

In high school, I grew it long a little past shoulder length. I kinda hated how "flat" it looked and wished it was a bit poofy. My hair is so thick that no amount of brushing would help with the tangles. I could run my hands through my hair and come out with a hairball every time. A classmate tried to braid part of it, but she couldn't because it was so thick.
