What about warehouse workers, office workers, or even receptionists who all might work above and beyond in their respective positions? Only a certain group gets the opportunity to gain a huge bonus from customers. I really think tipping should be discouraged in general so that it forces companies to actually pay people more, instead of relying on more of the customers money.
