The only people I've met who preferred metal minis are those who had a lot of nostalgia for them.

It follows three triplets with flashbacks and time skips to different periods of their lives (and eventually the lives of various other people they encounter).

It's a mix of Gen X nostalgia and first world problems (like, upper class first world problems).

The characters get emotional about different things they encounter and make speeches about it to each other.

Its kind of bothersome that the characters feel the need to verbally express every emotion they feel and everything that happens in detail. I think subtlety is over rated, but I don't need to watch a scene and then see the characters emotionally describe that scene later in the episode.

Anyway this show looks really good.

So far their shows have been best when they haven't just been "A Marvel film as a television show". Whenever you watch an action scene it becomes clear pretty fast that they're not on par. So I'm curious how much of the trailer is reflective of the final product, and how much is just them holding things back. The trailer seems to mostly consist of clips from (I assume) the first episode.

Also his costume looks to be entirely CGI? Or at least CGI enhanced, like the eyes. Which seems like kind of a bizarre choice, and makes me assume that he won't be in costume for the vast majority of the show.

There's probably some super obscure Marvel character from 1952 who ripped off Batman, but otherwise he's too iconic to be shamelessly copied I think.
