Patrick Florence, 34, was a passenger in a car that was pulled over around 4 a.m. Saturday in Clearwater, according to a police report obtained by the Smoking Gun.

The cars driver was traveling without his lights on and later arrested for DUI and marijuana possession, the report said.

Cops then found a gun under Florences seat and searched him, turning up the narcotics, according to the outlet.

Florence stated the package wrapped around his penis was not his, Deputy Levi Blake wrote.
The suspect did not say who the drugs belonged to.

Florence has been arrested nearly 20 times by Pinellas County sheriffs, according to public records. The majority of his arrests involve cocaine or crack-cocaine charges.

He was being held on four felony drugs and weapons charges in his latest arrest.

Federal pens are less crowded and have more security than state pens. Also, most violent offenders are in state pens as the feds go after a different type of offender to include white collar criminals.

That said, federal sentences do not allow parole and they are generally longer.

Take your pick - shorter term in greater relative danger at the state level or longer term in greater relative safety.

That can be reasonable, depending on the context. Like, anyone giving advice to someone not asking is usually just being annoying.

I understand, but then you see someone legit build a glass cannon. No damage stat at the soft cap (but all are so close!) and their HP is so low they're taken out in 2 hits.

Then they bitch about the controls not allowing their character to move properly getting them killed - not their bad build being unable to take a series of hits.

YMMV.

I find that certain players want to reject all build advice despite knowing nothing of the games RPG elements. Like they know better than people who have run builds for years across several games and platforms.

I remember him from the politics board last year. He is absolutely relentless about going after people who disagree with him. He would go after them over hundreds of posts getting progressively nastier and more vindictive. Then as soon as someone gave it back to him. Taylor was added to the sex offender registry back in 2011 after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing a prostitute. At the time, he had been accused to sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl. Taylor claims he was unaware of her age.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer is no stranger to law enforcement. Taylor was arrested multiple times for attempting to buy narcotics in the 1990s. He was also arrested in 2009 after leaving the scene of an accident and in 2016 for driving under the influence.

Despite Taylors criminal history, he remains regarded as the best defender in football history.
