Legendary changes the game if youve never played it that way. Played it through as a sword and board orc and a glass cannon illusionist. Played mage / legendary a lot actually because its got a unique hook I like.

Playing a mage on legendary, I like to get a melee follower, Bartlby the dog and use an atronach then play as a platoon leader. Grab buffs and companion heals, debuff spells against the enemies then control the field. Its a lot of fun.

Around level 20-ish, I can drop the follower with the sword and board, but stick with them playing mage.

Outriders is pretty fun for 3rd person high octane fighting and is purely coop.

Destiny is good for 1st person both PvP and coop.

The Division is good if you want 3rd person cover shooting. Mostly coop but there is specified locations for PvP.

Anthem is fun as hell for a campaign playthrough at least...flight in combat is so fun. Coop only.

The respawn caveat...only the Destiny PvP allows for constant respawns. The rest all have various mechanics including others reviving.

Sure.

Not all of them are alike. Some are mentally challenged who rely on others to help them decide. Some are mentally challenged with no help at all. Some are mentally challenged who have been hurt by liars and now they're rooted in place with fear and indecision.

However, I do have a hard time sympathizing with anyone who gleefully rejects it for stupid selfish reasons. Like if someone says, "I'm young and healthy so I don't give AF" then they get sick. A small nasty part of myself enjoys that a bit even though I'm generally a pretty forgiving and understanding guy.

Not sure where you going with this but San Diego to Sacramento is 8 and a half hours. At 70-75 mph. Sacramento to the Oregon border is another 8 and a half.

Not to mentiongoogle. Southern tip of Cali to the northernmost Cali city; almost 18 hours. It was that easy to avoid writing in ignorance. :-/

How much of an improvement is the third game over the second game?

In regard to combat? Its less convoluted feeling to a new player, but largely the same. You have your toolkit with oils, traps, bombs and skills.

If you played Horizon, its similar in that the higher the difficulty, the more reliance of the entire tool kit. But to master TW3 combat is to master not getting hitit stun locks the crap outta you. So the mastery is deftly moving around the arena not getting hit. Its fun and theres a real flow to it.

Youll know right at the beginning of the game. The first fight is a good example of the entire game. Its a pack of fast moving and fast hitting enemies who can and will flank you. On normal, you can mash and healon deathmarch, you cant get hit. If you can get through that fight without getting mangled on deathmarch, you basically mastered the fundamentals of TW3 combat. Once youre not getting constantly stun locked, you can practice being efficient with the toolkit so the fights arent forever dodging fights.

Dodge = win. All difficulties. Thats pretty much it. Master that and everything else gets easier.

Geralt can look like a ballet dancer in combatjust dancing around everyone, cutting them to ribbons. Get hit once and he looks like a drunkard.

Dont get hit. Dodge = win.

Thats similar to Central Park and how its usually much larger than most think. Many of the worlds downtowns could fit inside Central Park. Like say downtown Phoenix or Portlandyou could drop them in Central Park and be like, whered it go?

Tough call. Me at 13? That would have been 1980 and I wasn't nearly as sophisticated as most kids that age today. Kids today grow up with just about any knowledge at their fingertips...back then, not so much. I'd probably have that money in my possession all of 5 minutes before someone figured out a way to relieve me of most or all of it. A pretty woman with intent kisses me once and I'm like, "Here you go!"

i didn't because it was easy enough that i didn't really need to. blocking seemed rather pointless and the dodge timing was awkward and didn't seem effective either. so i basically just mashed attack until i could Triple Slash and repeated that for almost all of the random battles.

Mashed attack and lived on potions, likely. I did too for a while, so it's just a hunch. I saw lots of people describing the game this way when it came out. Totally like a Tales game. Don't get the combat? Fine...normal or easy, mash the buttons and stay stocked up on apple gels. Get the combat? Fine...ramp up the difficulty and learn the complex mechanics even more. FFVIIR is a harder game to be good at than some give it credit for.

Following up with a hard mode playthrough made me better, but man...that first playthrough was rough sometimes. I can still recall the first hunt, the cat in the alley, and how on normal I was pretty frustrated and barely made it through with liberal potion use. Hard mode...no potions, so I had to learn how to actually conquer that thing. It's main hook was to go after the non-controlled character, pin it to the ground, and kill it by bleeding it out. So on hard, I'd constantly switch characters and the priority was to keep that thing off the other character. Beat it on a harder difficulty without potions and definitely couldn't get by with button mashing like I did on normal.

Ambivalent. If they choose for her to stay alive, for Zach to be alive, for Biggs to be alive (and matter)...I'll just have to see what they do with all this before I feel one way or another. I'm totally okay with the revised story but do hope it doesn't get too complicated in the end with time travel, parallel universes, doppelgangers and the like. As long as it's fun and brings the feels from time to time, I'm good.

My brother is ten years older than me and he married around 19. His wife was the first young, cosmopolitan woman I had ever seen, really, and to my adolescent mind, she was beautiful, sophisticated and fashionable and woke me right up to what a woman was. They didnt last long and I barely remember her except a very strong impact like moment memorylike her in a dress, nylons, 70s feathered hair and little makeup. She made an impression. :)

Taxes on average are around 23-28%. The US average is right at 23%. If youre having another 20-25% deducted for other reasonsthats your condition, not the average and likely not what TC will face, but who knows.

Let me help. $37 an hour means you can afford $1,500 rent, $100 for your cell phone, $300 for your utilities, $450 for car payment and insurance, $350 for food, $250 for gas, $100 for gamepass, gold and PSN. $50 for Hulu and Netflix and even more. Its just addition and really, really easy to figure out. You could afford a petand porn without adds. You can afford your favorite food brands. You can afford a monthly clothing allowance with that money. I would hold out for something better.

You cant go wrong no matter what you choose, honestly. Dreams is an interesting film comprised of vignettes and you can see Scorsese play Van Gogh. His last film, Madadayo, is something worthwhile to see, especially how it ties into his life. Its sorta bittersweet. Throne of Blood and Sanjuro for more Toshiro Mifune chewing up every scene. He was a master.

I can go on and on. Its been a long time since Ive watched any of the Kurosawa films I purchased. This got me thinking its time for a binge. Kurosawa and Kubrick are my two favorite of our lost masters.

I wonder when someone decided baby boomers (baby's born after soldiers came home after WWII) are also children born in the 60s. Never made sense to me. I'm only 4 years way from qualifying as a boomer and I was born right before the Vietnam war started. It's weird. Why the change...baby boomer in the context of post WWII makes sense. BB being born around Vietnam...doesn't? You know Brad Pitt is a boomer? :-/

One dude had home visits where he had 1000s of games, many retro. I'd go there every payday for quite a few weeks.

Bought my launch PS4 for $500 through CL. Was going to wait after getting my Xbox, but changed my mind and shopped CL.
