I have been feeling jittery and anxious lately and I think I am going to start smoking to calm my nerves.

As a current smoker. None. Cant miss what you never did. I've wantes to quit but the fact I still enjoy it makes that near impossible. Ive quit drugs. Ive quit drinking before but this? I cant shake this

Just vape. Never ever ever start smoking cigarettes. Ive had an on/off habit for over 15 years and they are disgusting. At least vaping doesnt stink like shit.

Id say still dont but with vaping if you do go that route go nicontenless I knew a girl who had never smoked a cigaretter in her life but her vape battery died one day and she was niccin pretty hard so she ended up bumming ciggarettes off people the rest of the day

You ever notice how some junkies still have for a pack of cigarettes? They would rather have something that doesnt get them high but keeps them on something than immediately go to scoring whatever

that's how addicted I am to smoking, I switched over to some cyber respirator to keep going

but I can feel myself feeling healthier absolutely.. and Im at 0mg nicotine. Its a lot more than just the chemicals that get you hooked.. its the repetition, the giddiness your body feels when it knows its about to get it, its a person who makes excuses to step outside

Its a different style of smoking tbh, theres definitely a transition since the draw of a cigarette is extremely tight compared to even the tightest of mouth to lung devices. If you can get past that hurdle youre golden tbh.

Im not really into blowing clouds honestly, but thats also a very different way of smoking.. some people find it easier since the draw is much more open and the methodology is different from point A to point B

youll absolutely feel better in almost every single area of your life by transitioning to vaping.. Id try it again tbh and just stick with it

I used to smoke a few a day. There are cheaper cigars. Phillies Dutch master. Or if you want a truly shitty expierence white owl. I smoked Dutch master grape flavor or Philly titans.

I started with Cloves. Not regularly, just with a friend once in a while, then I transitioned into actual cigarettes...

And honestly it was a waste of money. I enjoyed it for many years but after a while you're just doing it out of the habit and it doesn't bring any pleasure. Most of the "anxiety" you're relieving after you start smoking comes from the physical craving of the addiction itself. It's like if you have a perfectly fine boat and stick a hole in the hull so you have to bucket the water out constantly... like yeah you're keeping the boat afloat, but you wouldn't have to worry about it if you just didn't have that hole there to begin with...

None. If you absolutely must take up nicotine, get a vape, not cigarettes.

Regarding the coughing thing: A lot of people seem to make the mistake of inhaling vape as if it were a joint. Don't do this. Inhale it as if it were a cigarette.

Honestly been smoking half my life. I still enjoy it most days. Some days it does feel like I'm just doing it out of habit though.

Being out of work injured is sucking right now cause I'm used to semi chain smoking the hour before I go to work and the 2 or 3 hours before i go to bed after. So I'm going through them quick now having the whole day
