The latter.
Apparently Sega made them remix zones and they had to fight to get non-remixed ones. The original zones were really great, so I hope we get more of them, but the remixed zones were great. What I would like to see...

Sonic 1 - Scrap Brain. Killer track, lots to work with. I imagine it would be pretty rusted out by now, and naturally Act 2 would be a flooded section.

Sonic 2 - Hill Top Zone. Weirdish track, lava with a normal-ish? aesthetic. You could work in aspects of Marble and Marble Garden easy.

Sonic 3 - Ice Cap. Launch Base would be neat too, of course, but Ice Cap owns.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles - Mushroom Hill. It's cool, it's good. Throw some pumpkins in 'cause unlike Sonic Knuckles don't chuckle

Sonic CD - Tidal Tempest
As long as they work in at least one of the absolutely awesome Bad Future tracks.

Yeah, no, your voice can't really go any higher, though the lowered testosterone will probably lead to less and lighter body hair(though not facial hair).
You would only see those effects if you castrated a boy pre-puberty: then he basically wouldn't go through puberty at all, due to the lack of hormones to power it resulting from the lack of testes.
Losing the testes in adulthood likely would not alter sexuality, though it would probably mess with function and result in lower sex drive. Just guessing though.

The problem with Hoenn is that all the water is in the same place. You spend the back quarter of the game surfing or diving, basically, and a bunch of stuff you can only access with surf/dive/waterfall opens up at the exact same time. So it winds up feeling like even more water than it is.

Real talk: the game is months delayed and supposedly riddled with bugs. At what point, and how much effort, are they supposed to divert from fixing core gameplay issues to fix a minor cosmetic issue that was only added in the first place because people complained about them having a male female binary choice at the beginning?

Like, I'm all for suggesting that they put in a patch later, but in the grand scheme of the work that has to get done and with consideration for the fact that they are already delayed and already working nights and weekends, where was that effort going to come from?
I very much doubt the people writing the script are the same people who are doing the coding(and bug fixing).

And if they are, it could explain why the game was delayed so long.

The run-offs should be rightly regarded as coin flips. Polling has both Dems leading within the margin of error, and, before anyone says anything: the polls actually did really well in Georgia. Loeffler is slightly weaker than Perdue.
Still, a double Senate run-off in January is unprecedented, so good luck modeling the electorate for that.

Inflation benefits the rich and hurts the poor. That is why a fiat money system exists. An indexed currency against a finite wealth storer is neutral / beneficial to the non-wealthy. Otherwise wealth / power is about access to capital, not actually saved capital.
Actually, you have it the wrong way around: deflation benefits the rich, since they tend to be in the business of collecting rents: income from debt, investments, etc. and deflation is a decrease in the money supply when they already control almost all of the money(i.e. these things increase in relative value). An increase in the money supply i.e. inflation is highly beneficial for people who are in debt, as their debt decreases in value relative to when they took out their loan. If you have a ton of inflation all at once, it can be bad, but inflation is also a natural consequence of economic growth and preferable to deflation outside extreme scenarios.

Neither inflation nor deflation are the problem which plagues the modern American economy though: it's wage stagnation and wealth inequality which ensure almost all of the economy's continued growth is captured by those at the top. Like, Whole Foods is doing gangbusters since the pandemic began, but the vast majority of that increase in profits has been reaped by shareholders rather than workers. And we're even generally paid better than other grocery store workers!

Also telling that Pelosi accepts what the conservative framing has been all along: that the economy will be perfectly fine once the virus is gone/properly ignored, as though there isn't a severe private debt and housing crisis brewing.

Lastly, this makes even less sense when you consider that the Democrats may still wrest control of the Senate, and explicitly running on giving people money would probably be a pretty effective campaign tactic.

It may also be related to common tie points. It is much more common for a late game situation that could be won with a field goal(either in regulation or overtime) to be at some common increment(14-13, 21-21. 21-20, etc.) than something weird, like 16-15(winning score of 18) or 19-18(winning score of 21).

Nothing is inevitable, but the indicators are poor. The Senate is an anti-democratic veto point which absurdly overweights small, rural states, the Electoral College is much the same, and Republicans have disproportionate power at the state level(and likely will continue to have disproportionate power, for the next decade, at least) and in the courts.
This will inevitably force Democratic presidents to be increasingly reliant on executive power to get things done. The Republicans will become increasingly anti-democratic, and continued institutional decay will likely increasingly lower the bar on a potentially fatal break.

To make matters worse, the Democrats are currently heavily invested in the idea that things are fundamentally fine and no major reforms are required.

What I can tell you is that, before October 16th, 1859, no one thought a Civil War was particularly likely, and yet, a little over a year later, South Carolina seceded. Thats the fun: its almost always impossible to tell when the breaking point happens until afterwards.

Solar_Crimson posted...
Yeah, as much of an improvement mechanically that SMT4A was, I don't like what it did with its story. I also feel that YHVH's first major appearance in over two decades is wasted in it, and would have probably been better suited for the upcoming SMT5.

Yeah, the original version of Devil Survivor made him out to be a decent guy for once, but then the 8th Days in Overclocked reveal that he's actually not so nice after all, as he specifically set up the Cain & Abel scenario to create the world's first murderer and first martyr, and also so Abel's soul could go to Hell to absorb some of Bel's power to keep Bel from challenging him.
Even that's defensible. Literally all the other Bels see humans as no more than pawns at best or pests to be exterminated at worst, and the power of Bel is great enough to actually threaten YHVH, as established in the 8th day of Naoya's Ending, so having a Human Bel gives humanity a chance. Sucks to be Cain and Abel in this instance, of course. And the Kingdom of God as depicted on the 8th day gives humans ultimate agency in upholding YHVH's will, a far sight better than the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado, for instance. Still by far the best YHVH.

I love the design and the fact that you basically roast God is hilarious.

I dont like what they do with Lucifer in 4A at all though.
Him being as much a pawn of YHVH as Merkabeh is lame as hell. The very first game had a much better interpretation: that Lucifer is the part of YHVH that YHVH rejects. It even explains why both are usually so extreme.

Really, the only SMT game I can think of where God isnt atotalitarian turbodick is Devil Survivor(the first one), and even then...
Dont know how Digital Devil Saga fits in, if at all, but maybe that counts too.

Define gay. What about the trans man is attractive? Is it his boyish good looks, his muscular frame, flat (binded or post top surgery) chest?
Or are they attracted to lingering attributes that could be defined as feminine, like soft, smooth skin, etc. ?

Part of the reason people hate trans people is that they challenge simplistic notions of gender and sexuality just by existing.

They're not: it's Platinum that is so beloved. Unova is a pretty good region, but Platinum fixed a lot of the weaknesses of Diamond/Pearl(lag, lacking Pokemon selection, etc.). It has excellent starters, overall good Pokemon variety, a strong rival, an excellent soundtrack, one of the most iconic champions(Cynthia), the Distortion World, and a pretty neat post-game area. Plus, there was a lot of care put into the region design: lots of neat cities, routes, little side areas, etc. A lot of effort and love went into it, and it shows.
Plus, it was the first gen to have online trading and battling(flawed though it was).
