lol, don't ask me, because I'm a meat eater and always will be.
But I've known plenty of vegans. You have to be more mindful to ensure you're getting everything you need from a vegan diet, and you have to learn how to meld flavors and embrace eating tons of different veggies to really enjoy it.

Yes, vegan means no meat or animal products, which includes dairy.

I'm weird and am immensely fond of mustard greens. Pungent and a bit spicy.

Spinach, kale, cabbage, and chard are all good, multi-purpose greens that have different flavors or textures but blend in nicely.

Bok choy is crisp and crunchy at the bottom. The greens are pretty mild.

Broccoli rabe and dandelion greens(yes, the famous weed) are both bitter.

Escarole is great for soups(put it in at the end, of course).

Yeah, you have to be careful adhere to the standards of whatever citation system they have you using(MLA is most common, but I have had to do Chicago and APA as well). Always be careful to attribute correctly, but use your own framing and thoughts as well. Your professor wants your paper, not a mere regurgitation of what you skimmed out of your sources.

They couldn't without legislation, no.
Forgiving all public student loan debt is something Biden could do via executive order, which is why it's being talked about so much: it's a measure which could be done without the Senate.
It's imperfect, to be sure, but even a 51-50 Dem Senate is highly unlikely to do debt relief on a large scale.

IMO, they should just become part of Mass or NY. There is nothing unique about either of those states.

West Virginia is a good one too. It's like KY but with small mountains.

Wyoming has a unique purpose - tetons/Jackson hole and and an oil industry.
Actually, I think you'll find CT has the best pizza and also the right lobster rolls(lobster sauteed with butter in a toasted brioche roll).
And Rhode Island has its own(really good) take on clam chowder.

Total War: Three Kingdoms is really good, though it kind of assumes you know about the setting already, because it doesn't tell you very much about it(not a problem for me, who has been playing Romance of the Three Kingdoms for most of my life). The highlight is that this is a game that fires on all cylinders: combat is as fleshed out as any TW, but it also has robust settlement management and really good diplomacy, which is so unusual in this kind of game. The major lords even behave more or less how you would expect them to be(Cao Cao is canny and manipulative, Yuan Shao lords over a horde of vassals, Liu Bei is a backstabbing son of a jackal, Sun Jian/Ce are really aggressive, etc.)
The Yellow Turban, Bandit, and Nanman factions add some spice: they play a bit differently. Eight Princes is a thing, if you want to play through the War of the Princes which takes place long after anything anyone's popular culture cares has happened, but it gives you depressing insight into how things went after Jin crushed Wu and unified China.

Hopefully the rest of the season is as good as this episode is.
Varmints is such a great episode, not only because it sheds a lot of light on PB and Marceline's relationship, but because it gives us great insight into how PB processes set-backs. She might be a theoretically immortal being of gum, but I think this episode really did a lot to humanize her.

Our current Constitution and political system is increasingly strained and showing its age(and fatal rigidity). IMO, it's not up to the challenges of the 21st century. Inevitably, things will come to a head. That could be in 4 years or 40 years; the collapse of a system of government(at a specific point in time) is generally only obvious in hindsight. It could lead to something better or worse, and it could involve the U.S. splintering.

I mean, you should probably expect this from any big studio "history" game. Short of specific examples like Paradox which was founded by gigantic history nerds, most studios just don't have the in-house knowledge to properly depict these periods nor the desire to give a fair shake for what they actually were like.

With that said, as someone who reads and studies a fair bit of history, everything I've read from this article seems spot on with my understanding of the period and culture.
I mean, even Paradox is far from perfect, because they can't (for example) resist game-ifying things like complex religious doctrines and severely downplay just how violent colonialism was, for example, but they do seem to try and listen and improve and Sunset Invasion was brilliant. Creative Assembly seems decent about it too.

But damn, that sounds pretty "yikes" from Valhalla.

Possibly the first division winner to get into the playoffs and a top 10 pick. A dubious award
Unfortunately, playoff teams are placed after teams that don't make the playoffs in the draft order. So even a 6-10 division winner could expect to pick no higher than 17th.
Of course, play-off teams are placed in the draft order as they are eliminated(with the usual tie-breakers in effect), so if they actually won, they would end up picking even lower.

Andrew Johnson set us back over 100 years when it came to racism

In fact one could argue that we still haven't fully recovered from his bullshit.
Yeah, I said this before, but I would like to say it again, just for emphasis: the dude blanket-pardoned every last Confederate. Every single one. Everyone from Jeff Davis right on down to the bottom.
That was how he got back at the Republicans for impeaching him.

Woodrow Wilson isn't bottom-tier, but that's not to say that he didn't screw up badly at Versailles(or the lead up to it). He emphasized several principles, including non-retributive peace and self-determination of peoples, but he never had the power to deliver the former, and he didn't even know what he meant by the latter. The former led the Central Powers to believe they would get a relatively mild peace, but in reality, they weren't even at the table(a departure from precedent: even the French were integrally involved in peace talks after the Napoleonic Wars). This helped create the whiplash that would feed extremist nationalism and fascism in the defeated countries.

As for self-determination, the British and French had made lots of promises of territorial gains to their various allies. These promises not only directly contradicted Wilson's stated principle, they often contradicted themselves: for example, both Serbia and Italy had been promised Fiume. Wilson also unintentionally created the impression among colonials that he intended to end colonialism in general: everyone from Prince Faisal bin Hussein to Ho Chih Minh to Syngman Rhee came under that impression, only to be disappointed, both because Wilson did not have the power to do that, but also because Wilson was a huge racist(at least, in the latter two cases: Faisal was apparently sufficiently dashing and gentlemanly to gain Wilson's approval).

In any case, he more or less sacrificed everything else at the peace table to secure his beloved League of Nations, and campaigned doggedly at home for it when he sensed political trouble, but he only seems to have managed to make people like it less: the Senate failed to ratify the Treaty of Versailles entirely, and the U.S. never joined the League of Nations, rendering it virtually pointless.

It's really a perfect storm.

-First, you have the Eagles. The Eagles might be a good team if they were ever healthy, but they're never healthy. Worse is Carson Wentz, who went from a sure-fire MVP a few years ago to just being really, really bad. With nothing but Jalen Hurts behind him, the Eagles would be doomed in any other division. Wentz has to be benched and thrown in the dumpster sooner or later, but it's not clear if Pederson will be willing to do it. If he's not, he needs to be dumpstered too. Clean out the whole front office while you're at it. And this is the team that won the division last year and may still be the favorite to win it this year!

-The Giants feature Daniel "Danny Dimes" Jones. However, he drops those dimes on the ground for opposing defenses to snatch up about as often as he drops them to his receivers. In spite of recently firing their offensive line coach mid-season in a truly spectacular display of dysfunctionality, their offensive line has been playing much better recently. They may even have the most talented offense in the division, even sans Saquon Barkley, or maybe they've just been playing games in their division and they're actually still bad.

-The Football Team is generically bad. New coach Ron Rivera would rather start one-legged Alex Smith than 2019 1st-rounder Dwayne Haskins, in spite of the fact that Haskins may have had the single best outing for a Football Team quarterback thus far this year(the game after which he was benched, though it's not saying much). In any case, their offense is more likely to put opposing defenses to sleep than score points. Their defense is competent enough to prevent them from getting blown out.

-The Cowboys are truly snake-bitten: even given that the game has passed McCarthy by and that their defense is bafflingly incapable of stopping anything, they had the division's best QB in Dak Prescott. But, of course, Dak Prescott was long ago lost for the year. Back-up Andy Dalton looked bad, got hurt, caught COVID, and is still unavailable. For two games, they started 6th-round pick Ben DiNucci before swapping in former AAF star Garrett Gilbert. Miraculously, the Cowboys almost beat the Steelers. In fact, if their once-vaunted offensive line had not rotted away, Gilbert may well have pulled it off.
Star RB Ezekiel Elliot seems to have gone into hibernation, in any case, and their excellent receiving corp more often than not watches their QB(whoever it is) get buried by a ceaseless tide of opposing defenders. This is a team with a realistic shot at a division title still.
