That's not for the LCD though... to be fair. Yeah, they're samey, but some of them are so much better than "Sony PS4 Game" that it's absurd.

I stopped paying attention to the MCU around Civil War (lol what a shitty use of that name - small gang fight would've been more appropriate. The Civil War in the comics was a billion times better) because it was just too much and a lot of it all had the same vibe. The first Guardians of the Galaxy is really the only entry I'd watch repeatedly. And it's not like the MCU content was bad, but it did all fit a similar formula. It's like the PS4 Sony game of movies.

Star Wars is much more mixed in quality because Kathleen Kennedy is a hack and a half. Favreau's stuff, Rogue One, and the CGI series' are the only good things.

Immortals is pretty new and allows you to choose one for stats and one for looks. Also: it's way better than Cyberpunk and I am shilling it hard up in this joint.

It's funny to me how polarizing Apple can be to people (as a product). The people that don't like it really go outta their way to shit on the people that do. To the point it comes across as weird and petty, like Mr. Apple banged their mom and dunked his nuts in their cereal.

Teddy Roosevelt losing in 1912 put the USA in its current binds. It's crazy how far reaching and slow moving some stuff can be.

The only ND game I liked was the first Last of Us. I liked the world/characters. I think it came along at the right time, as I didn't really play much of their prior stuff (I could never get into Uncharted). But after that, I was good on ND's formula for the rest of my life. It was like GTA3 totally ending any need or desire to play R* stuff ever again.

I've loved video games since stumbling onto the fighting genre on the SNES.

After having started the game, I can confirm that you can in fact select a feminine or masculine body type then choose either a penis or a vagina. Your friend will be delighted when you tell them.

I thought the first RE movie from Paul Anderson was alright. Nothing amazing, but aside from the 1993 CGI it was solid enough. After that it was basically just mindless fun. I enjoyed watching the series, but by no means consider it good. I feel like Monster Hunter will be like the movies after the first RE...

Yeah, same. Maybe they'll patch that feature in down the road? Doubtful... but who knows? If this sells well (and it should) they may make some additions like that after the bugs are squashed.

Synthesizer music. It made me uncomfortable. Some of it still sorta does. I've never liked sloths either. Which is ironic because they are so easy to outrun.

Man... the launch edition or whatever came with a lot of cool stuff. A book with tons of lore info, a steelbook, postcards, a map, stickers... and it was 30% off because of some promo from almost 2 years ago.

I played the game for 3 hours or so, and I like it so far. The console version is very clearly last gen in terms of how it looks, but that frame rate is pretty solid. No technical issues as of yet, though I did see some NPCs standing on the sidewalk clipping each other. I wish you could do the Ubisoft thing of "pick your stuff for stats then make it look like other things" so your character doesn't look like they robbed a lost & found while in a drunken stupor. Definitely can't wait for that new gen patch tho...

It's still early on, but I definitely think Immortals is a better game so far.

I think a lot of this hinges more on if peoples' local restaurants just suck. While many chains tend to be fairly similar wherever, there are bad and good ones around.

Fuck... I am so close to cracking and just buying it digitally. I had a really old online preorder and the mail is going slow as shit and then some here the past month. My PS5 took almost a week to travel like 25~ mins or whatever.

I think the stuff that's "art" isn't a sport and should be removed. Breakdancing is cool to watch, but a fucking dumb AF choice for the Olympics. That ribbon dancing gymnastics thing is stupid for it too.

I need to play it... I got it at launch but was super hooked on Cold War, then I got Immortals and I am all about that now.

And contrary to popular belief, nobody has the right to disobey public safety nor do they have the right to just go into another country because they want to and pick and choose what rules they like there.

I wouldn't be surprised if 1/3 of the restaurants were zombies anyways, with a massive debt load to a break-even deal, and those places are gonna be finished off. Ones with food that doesn't travel well or that rely on businesspeople now working from home instead are probably screwed, despite how well they did before. I just hope the owners don't throw good money after bad in some sunken cost fallacy. 2021 will be worse than 2020, economically. Things aren't going to properly recover for many years.
