The Mandalorian is made by Star Wars fans, for Star Wars fans. The new trilogy is an SJW Trojan Horse.

It's so bitter-sweet with the Disney buyout, because I love Clone Wars/Rebels, The Mandalorian, and Rogue One... but the rest is a dumpster fire. I never delved into the expanded universe, but the fact it was erased because Kathleen Kennedy is a sack of diarrhea seems pretty inexcusable to me.

He must be the world's most happy and accomplished individual to have the motivation to do this.

I think the saddest part (beyond the death itself) is that he was kept down by the hack(s) running WWE, finally got a chance to prove his worth, then boom.

I hope for the sake of his legacy that they keep him in the upcoming AEW game and have a little tribute or something. Owen's widow keeping him banned is criminal, and it would suck for that fate to befall Brodie Lee too. I get why she hates WWE and Vince, so maybe they could license him as a legend to the AEW game too. Give him somewhere to shine.

If you want a new game for PS5, get it now while it's on sale. The gold edition probably won't hit $30 until black friday at the earliest. The game is awesome. Just grab it now and it will tide you over throughout the short drought we are entering.

USPS tracking will typically stop working once it leaves the USA. Input the tracking number on Canada Post's website. Also, Canada Post in some parts of the country is nuts. We had something that took 4 weeks to travel a distance that normally took 1 week prior to all this covid stuff. I had something take 5 days to travel half an hour. It's a mess.

I think if socialism wasn't explained by Cold War fearmongers and corporate propaganda, it would not get the flak it does. Pensions, disability, employment insurance, public infrastructure projects... all socialism. Even aspects of the military and other government-funded jobs are. No one system is perfect. Smart people will adopt the parts of a differing ideology that work. If you take two systems, even if one has way more positives than the other, you will still find some aspects are better about the worse one. I think the USSR was a trainwreck, but every kid getting to go to join a sport, no processed foods, and a free college education (that didn't include future barista degrees) are perks it offered over capitalist nations.

Obviously, despite me framing it very clearly, that's still going to trigger an idiot to spout off criticisms of the USSR, despite the fact I've already called it a trainwreck and it's just an easy example to use, so let me beat them to the punch: there were shortages of virtually everything, there was rampant corruption, gulags, no freedom of speech, lower average standard of living than the west, etc... It's worse. Duh. I'm not claiming otherwise.

2 is worth watching I think. Not as good, but its not terrible. I wouldn't personally skip it. I personally enjoyed the 4th one a good bit actually, but not as much as 1 or 3 obviously. Some good parts overall, even though its pretty different. 5 shouldn't even exist. There's just nothing worthwhile about it.

1 and 3 are undeniably the best. 2 just felt kind of messy to me... and the plane stuff agitated me, but not in the way it was meant to, I just got sick of it.

That's a really lame thing to do. I hope those kids drive the old parents past the nice home and then dump them at the crooked one from 60 Minutes and just say "remember that PS5 we didn't get? We're even." *tires squeal*

But they were no better than the Japanese were in WWII, except instead of also doing sexual assaults it was just doubling down on murdering anyone that surrendered. Being victorious usually just means you get away with stuff like burning down villages or dropping leftover bombs on Dresden.

The easiest way for Trump to force his $2000 agenda is to tweet out "anyone in the house or senate that opposes $2000 checks is the enemy of the people and you should not vote for them next time. I will share a list of who they are if they decide to do the wrong thing." That goes perfectly with his mob boss managerial attitude, and there's no way those spineless nerds are gonna stand up to him. They'll bend the knee like they always do. And let's be honest, while the MAGA folks may not always be the most rational or bright lot, they are not pussies. Rallying them against the GOP senators would actually be a logical way for Trump to start the ball rolling for his own party... which would basically kill the GOP and create a "split the vote" situation, which would probably eventually cause a similar rift in with Dems down the road. Four is better than two.

It's fair for any employer to require anything within reason. The safety of all the employees is very important. I would rather fire somebody for refusing to get a vaccine than even let them work from home because their poor judgment and selfishness are reflective of them being a lesser person and I'd want to only keep those I deemed acceptable.
