I'd take it but I already visited someone and bought a Redd painting. I have a feeling Redd is guaranteed to visit on the day your upgraded museum opens which is gonna make it difficult to find buyers today.

Also has anyone been able to place a ramp down to the secret beach or do you HAVE to use the ladder? I'd have to do some significant landscaping but if it does work that's one of the few useful spots left for ramps and I gotta put all 8 ramps somewhere.

There is couch co-op multiplayer (same system/island 2 controllers) but I have no idea how good it is. But that's not typically what people have in mind when people talk about animal crossing multiplayer. You could both make villagers on the same town, but one of you would be the "main" villager will full access and the other is restricted. The bottom line is one switch, one island.

History is unfortunately just not on the side of young people. Its full of them out there protesting and trying to seem politically active and trying to grab attention but whenever they get the chance to show up and vote anonymously there is no attention to be had and they stay home.

I feel like you are being overly negative towards protesters when a lot of these movements have been succesful. Just not, you know, when it comes to the specific goal of winning elections that you're focused on here.

I just noticed the bigger/better stereo systems actually have higher sound quality. The high-end stereo sounds noticeably better than the portable record player or the throwback skull radio. My fiancee has a jukebox and I think that's also the high quality.

Also two stereos in the same room actually both play the song you have set, though you can turn them both off and then turn off just the one you want on. Weird little details.

I tried playing the PSP version of P1 and it was really mediocre. Couldn't finish it. And I say that as someone who enjoys the rest of the SMT franchise.

3 does have an extremely good atmosphere that's superior to 4 and 5. I'd probably put it over 4 depending on how I'm feeling, but nothing in either of the other two games matches January in Persona 3. I respect the 3 pick.

P5 is clearly better to me. The story is comparable to me even though the tone is different and the core game elements of P5 are just way better made than 4, which was already very good.

I'm a little disappointed you can't unlock the dresses as normal costumes but they seemed kind of janky even for that short segment and would probably break horribly in battle

Yeah I put it on Aerith for the boosted magic strength but she's a struggle to build ATB on. Especially on that fight. It was like end of disk 1 except it keeps happening.

Man everyone is talking about how Sephiroth was a cool fight and easy but he almost ended me. I didn't have cure all equipped and was relying on Pray for AOE heals which is a struggle because he is too fast for that. I only won because he builds Limit stupid fast and I got like 3 off on him, plus Aerith's for more healing.

A lot of the plant DIYs use weeds. I have about 150 that I saved from weeding my island.

Lief will also buy weeds from you for double price but that's a trap.

I will say as someone who knew about the central conceit of the spoilers going into it, the ghosts were still obtrusive and obnoxious every time they showed up throughtout the normal sections. And maybe that's the point but stuff like the ghosts attacking sector 7 or swarming the church end up being the lamest parts of the game (church is obviously saved by Reno and Aerith, ghosts can't ruin that). If anything it could have used LESS foreshadowing because most of it isn't good.

From what I understand, Lurrus in particular is a problem because its restriction (all permanent cards in your deck must be CMC 2 or less) is a non-issue in older formats and the recursion is extremely good.

Yeah that one isn't good and there's another one when climbing the wall that mostly looks fine...except on some parts of the map you're right up by it and it looks terrible

Chadley's weapon ability intel mission doesn't actually require all the weapons. It only needs 16 and each character has 6 weapons so you'd have to miss 8 weapons to fail it.

Those mods do look really sick but the game looking better in handheld mode is pretty huge. And I think I'll just play the game more on a console.

Maybe in like...10 years when all the Remake parts are out and I have the urge to replay FF7 again, I'll give the Remako stuff a shot!

Melee Barret was really good in the Colosseum UNLESS there is a flying enemy at which point you're kinda screwed. And I haven't done too much of the other battle challenges with him.

But his triangle attack is so powerful and charges much faster than the ranged one. It does so much damage, stun, and stagger. Looping it -> melee attack for ATB -> Uppercut seemed very good and let me tear through his solo fights.

They have preferences but I don't think anyone has compiled what they are in this game. I used New Leaf's for hers and got her a Skull Tee

Yeah, you don't have to worry about the normal gameplay not being tactical enough, especially on harder fights. Swapping between characters and micromanaging the ATB is the way to go. Just go with Easy if it's too hard.

Between PS4, PC, and Switch. I'm leaning Switch but that depends mostly if the handheld mode is good enough to play the game on. The small screen might be an issue. PS4 trophies are tempting as well.

Man I had my Magnify materia on Time for the group Haste but I never even thought to put it on Barrier which seems most legit. wtb more Magnify

At least they have a super obvious upgrade path for later games with giving you more of the modifier materia and enough MP to actually cast the highest tier spells

Hey so apparently starting with the patch story for 5.3, you're going to need to have the Crystal Tower raid series completed to do the MSQ. It was recommended to do it before Shadowbringers, but now they're actually making it mandatory.

To clarify for anyone not there yet, it will be mandatory for the Shadowbringers postgame, the expansion story up to that point will still be accessible (though you'll have to do it later anyways).

I like it better when they just hand us the dust and we get to keep the card. I never remember to disenchant stuff, and then when I do, I inevitably wish I had the card later.

Unless you are still using the card during the nerf refund period, or have a tendency to spend all your dust, it's always best to just disenchant immediately so you don't forget. It's still net neutral if you want to craft it later.

I dusted all the Demon Hunter stuff and Albatross (you can still get full value on that first wave of nerfs btw) even though I might still play them later, just because it's free.

Howlfiend huh? Hadn't even thought about that one, I should probably try it out, cause I wasn't really happy with Reckless Diretroll. I also played against (and lost to) someone running Darkglares, so that was interesting--not sure if it's right or wrong.

I actually cut the Howlfiends because they didn't feel good enough and were awkward (I think I had a bit too much random discard). They REALLY rely on random hits or your opponent not knowing how to play against it and intentionally trying to discard your whole hand. So it's better than it looks but not too much better. I think if you want some anti-aggro taunt that High Priestess Jeklik might be pretty good, but I didn't have it and already had to craft 2 legendaries so I didn't try it out. Barring that I'd just run the 2 mana 2/4 taunt before Diretroll.

I'm running one Darkglare just because I had it and I've had a pretty nuts turn when I drew it. I had replaced the Howlfiends with Kobold Librarians so between that and Flame Imp suddenly your 1 drops become Innervate. And with Ebonlocke they become pre-nerf Innervates. Not sure if it's consistent enough to run as a 2-of but it's very swingy.

And yeah Solarium is insane. It combos with half the deck. 1 mana draw 5 is pretty good, but at the same time you can also be making a 3/3, or buffing your Tiny Knight by 3, or drawing 3 more off Malchezaar's Imp.

That deck does seem bonkers. It has solid early game and will beat every single value or control deck that isn't Priest with its unstoppable onslaught of Cruel Dinomancers.

No man, the midrange version is too slow. You don't need value like Cruel Dinomancers when it's possible to draw your entire deck by turn 7 or 8. You need to have Hand of Guldan as the only card in the deck higher than 5 to guarantee you always hit it with Merchant or Matron if it's in hand, then vomit minions onto the board until one of you dies. It's nuts.
