One thing that's interesting is that about 40% of Republicans or self-identified Conservatives view the stay-at-home orders as unconstitutional. But also, only 20% of those groups say it's safe to end them "right now" (last week) and only 30% say it's safe to reopen today.

That 10-20% has that "this is unconstitutional but still good" mindset typical of right-wing authoritarianism (as opposed to the left-wing who is okay with it but just doesn't view it as government overreach).

It's not entirely unrelated, but it's also not consistent or defining of the right conservative movement. A lot of the right-wingers who oppose the lockdown with the justifications you'd classify as "libertarian" also have no issues with cheering the use of oppressive state power when it benefits them.

And it's worth noting that the lockdown measures are generally popular with members of both parties and independents. The ones who loudly and vocally oppose it are a minority. This poll is a month old now but gives a general idea.

MMR might have a long memory, because I came back to the game having been away for a year and I had 9 stars in Wild (whatever gets you to Diamond 10 and enough Standard stars (which I had been playing much less frequently) to get to Gold 10. That's my only guess

No, you can just download the free trial without buying anything and get to 35 at your own pace. In fact you could get MULTIPLE things to 35 at your own pace because you're allowed to freely switch jobs in this game. Then to get past the level cap and the story block you'll have to buy the base game, at which point you get a free month. And then when you're done with all the ARR stuff (or hit the level 50 cap and are convinced) you can buy Shadowbringers which includes all the past expansions as well (though there might be a bundle that includes both base+expansion that could be cheaper but idk)

No, at some point they expanded it to be level 35. I think they axed the time limit as well, and the story stops either right before or right after Titan. It still has a bunch of features restricted but it's pretty good now from what I hear.

Also I'm not counting the patch story as part of the base game. It USED to be about as long as the 1-50 story but they're changing that specifically

Well in two months they're streamlining the base game to go faster and trimming a lot of the filler. So definitely wait until then, and then do the free trial which should get you halfway through the base game.

At a few hours a day yeah it's gonna take you 2-3 months. But you wouldn't really want to rush into Shadowbringers either and the free trial + free first month should get you to Heavensward, which is also very very good and should give you an idea of if the rest is worth it.

I understand the argument that the left is about wielding collective and government power in order to enforce personal liberties, making it "authoritarian." But it is a separate axis. The Republicans are authoritarian-right, they are about using government power to enforce conservative values, which are generally more restrictive to personal freedoms (though both Democrats and Republicans can be selective on this). Unless you want to try to argue that it's all the same and Evangelical Christians are actually left-wing?

For reference in my mind, libertarian left would be Anarchists, and libertarian right would be Libertarian or Anarcho-Capitalists, depending on how deep you're going.

Ignoring the handheld games because they're not "mainline" is a travesty, because LA, the Oracles, and ALBW are better than most of the console games. And that's almost half of a top 10 right there!

I'm not super big on BOTW but it's still in my Top 10 Zeldas. That list is still going to be good to great games with the most dubious inclusion being like...Skyward Sword, so it's in good company. BOTW just isn't really my type of Zelda game.

Yeah part of the problem is that the bushes are seasonal, and he always sells the in-season one. But I got the same two colors as the first time, though my off-season bush was different today (but it was Holly which only has one color I guess?). I'd have expected multiple seasonal bushes and more than two colors each...I'm in Fall so I think the one kind is all I get.

I'm not sure on the flowers but I think he always sells the "rare" flowers for your island that cycle through the Nook shop the least.
