Having looked a bit at 1995 and 1994, I really think 1996 is kind of a weak year - there were a few really good late SNES titles but they were few and far between, and most of the early 3D stuff on PS1/N64/etc was kinda eh. It was a bit of an awkward transition year.

SMRPG is my favorite 1996 game, so I like how this contest turned out! Really enjoyed the variety of games in this, I've played a wider variety of stuff from the mid 90's and earlier so I'm more interested in these years.

This tracks with my experience working at a polling place. I expect there is a great deal of truth to it.

All the more reason why we absolutely, 100% need universal mail-in balloting during the pandemic. There is no other way to solve this problem, period.

Maybe "tense" rather than "exciting" but I'm just saying, like, out of all the times the protagonists have gotten into trouble in the entire MCU, the one that had me on the edge of my seat the most is Spider-Man just sitting in a car with his girlfriend and her dad

Homecoming is also my second favorite MCU movie, I think, if only for the car scene alone which might be one of the most exciting scenes I've ever seen in a film.and that's somehow not even a joke.

I think LvW is probably more appealing if you're also a Layton fan though since so much of it is the joy of seeing the crossover, they do a good job of having the characters interact

There is ONE really hard puzzle but you can just look up puzzle answers anyway

Genuinely surprised that DKC3 is more popular than KSS - never would have guessed! Anyway, Metal Slug's an easy winner for me here - still holds up today, which is something I have a hard time saying about the original RE.

honestly, my best case scenario for Origami King is that it lands somewhere around SPM, but I'm more expecting it to fill in the second gap

PM and TTYD are really close for me, 64 wins because I just think something about it is more charming and special and it just holds a more dear place in my heart, but TTYD is so wonderfully creative and inventive

If AA6 is the series finale I think I'm at peace with that
