I might sim the preseason today. As most of your know, it is simmed in one go. If a player gets injured that requires me to sign someone, I will do that myself. If you have roster or cap space issues, then I will make cuts for your team. I always target positions of excess, if applicable, first so I don't have to do any roster gymnastics.

If there's any player or position you would like for me to cut first in a worst-case scenario, let me know. Feel free to give me like a ranking/list in case things get bad.

I am up to 1-3 I believe in Mario + Rabbids. I'm waiting for the game to open up and offer more in combat because I'm not feeling it so far.

In Deiland, I wrapped up the pirate questline, and I am seeing that a few other characters are in the 70s and 80s. I was trying to get materials and stuff through discovery and crafting, but I'm just straight up buying shit lol. That being said, I am hoarding everything I get because I got screwed over in the beginning selling things that I immediately needed for other quests. My entire economic process is hammering stones a lot, selling most of those stones to the pirate, and then buy stuff when I need or want it whenever I want.

I got a little bit further in Deiland, or at least I completed some quests. I have no idea how close I am in the grand scheme of things. I know this is a mobile title ported to other systems, so I understand that this was designed to be played in spurts, but the developers don't seem to understand or care about slack time lol.

I own both the PS4 and Steam version of Deiland, but maybe it was a mistake to do the PS4 version? I only went with that one since I paid for it. At least I am not invested in the story or anything. I just like chilling doing stuff.

Coaching Strategies

Each user has an opportunity to alter some portions of how their team operates on the field. Here are the following categories you can change and what they mean.

Base Defense
You have a choice of 4-3 or 3-4. Under a 4-3, you start 2 DTs and 1 MLB. Under a 3-4, you start 2 MLBs and 1 DT.

Run-Pass Offense
The ratio of plays that will be run or pass plays on offense. This is on a sliding 100 point scale.

Conservative-Aggressive Offense
The ratio of plays that will be risk-averse or risky on offense. This is on a sliding 100 point scale.

Running Back Splits
How carries will be split among the top two RBs on your depth chart. This is on a sliding 100 point scale. That being said, I feel like coaches ignore whatever you put under this category and do whatever they please. That or RB2 actually refers to all HBs/FBs/QBs/WRs/TEs who may run with the ball and are not RB1.

Run-Pass Defense
The ratio of plays that will be run-stopping or pass-rushing plays on defense. This is on a sliding 100 point scale.

What is Game of the Month Club?
Game of the Month is a community project open to all B8ers where users share, discover, play and/or discuss a select few games every month. The games featured each month are chosen by YOU the users (and Lady Luck)

The Basics
- Each month will usually feature three games that were chosen via a random drawing from a pool of games that users nominated
- For each game you beat, you get a cool point on our just-for-fun standings as well as a nomination for next month's randomized drawing
- In order to receive the point and nomination, you must beat said game within the calendar month
- If you beat one of the current month's games in the previous month, you can apply for a "recently beaten waiver," but you will only receive a point and no nomination should you do so
- Drawing for next month's games is usually around a week before the end of the month
- If you periodically keep us posted on your progress and/or talk about different aspects of the games, then everyone will think you are super awesome!

Nomination Rules
- You get one nomination automatically each month
- You receive additional nominations each month for every chosen game that you beat
- Each game you nominate has to be unique from all other nominations and cannot include a game that has already been selected for GotM
- Each game must be a standalone game that can be acquired and played on its own (aka cannot be DLC/expansion that requires the base game)
- Nominations only carry over if you beat a chosen game after the drawing for next month's games but before the end of the month
