Video quality is great, speakers are bad but usable (you're supposed to have external speakers separately anyway). I think this is the right price point to go for, before you start hitting diminishing returns

nice! i have some family in new haven, but they're not particularly social. it's a weird town. some distinctly poor neighborhoods and some distinctly college neighborhoods

here's my advice for being in a new place, if you want friends. just slow down, be friendly, and try to listen to people. classmates, people at the store, whatever. you don't need to prove you're interesting- being interested is enough. agree to tag along and see what they're about. you can decide you don't like them later

A friend of mine was a viewer for a while (my age, but into improving at pubg and enjoyed dr's persona) but stopped after the one two punch of cheating on his wife and then recording kids in a public restroom. Hadn't heard anything since, I'm surprised he didn't suffer criminal penalties

Being trapped in my apartment, and fortunate enough to have a job that can support a remote lifestyle, I've realized that not being able to go out and drink with friends has left me with a lot of excess time and a little bit of extra money.

That's made me burned out on video games, and I'm somehow prepared to pursue my childhood impossible goal of playing (mostly painting) warhammer figures. I tested the waters by painting the below

And, surprisingly, I found it super fun. So far, it's justified the cost of paints, inks, palettes, cutting tools, glues, fake earth, varnish, and so on. And now, looking at the cost of entire armies, I'm even trying to gauge the pros and cons of 3d printers.

Anybody have experience in this field? Sigmar, Warhammer, and any competitors are interesting to me

I originally gave Rise of Skywalker some credit for cobbling together the broken vase of milk that was the sequel trilogy, but as a capstone for the trilogy of trilogies it's abysmal.

The basic premise and plot doesn't bother me, but the movie paints with such broad and vague strokes that nothing carries any weight, and the entire film feels obligatory when it should be exciting.

At this point, I wouldn't mind if we wiped the canon again. Can we go back to the dumb-as-hell-but-still-entertaining Thrawn timeline? Find a way to keep all of the actors somehow to make sure it's not out of spite

We'd do stuff like turn the fan up all the way and stick our fingertips in the path of the blade to slow it down and eventually completely stop it with our hands
