Is there just a big market of pirated batman merch in gotham? Can you get a "batman peeing in the corner" sticker for the back of your truck at like every local gas station? I recently replayed (most of) Pokemon GSC for the first time in well over a decade, and after many years of calling it a top 5 game of all time... I dom't know whatever made me think that other than blind nostalgia. The difficulty curve is stupidly out of whack, far too many Gen II Pokemon are locked away until late/post-game, meaning in the early stages of the game you are encountering/using a really dumb number of Gen I Pokemon, and it really lacks the magic of the first game. On the plus, the Gen II Pokemon ARE really great and I like Johto as a region. Gen one pandering is almost as old as gen 1 lol --- werd |

I'll probably wait a couple of weeks and then I'll do a NG+ on a different route in hard. It really is that good of a game, though I do wonder if the beginning isn't going to be too similar. all three* routes are for the most part, essentially the same sadly. Even when you do different maps they'll usually be ones from paralogues you've likely played prior. The plot beats up until the last several chapters are exactly the same for all three as well. Temper your expectations. --- werd |

I believe it was a Blue Lion's map (or paralogue). But yeah a rewind makes it fine, plus the game is pretty darn easy for 90% of it. I'm halfway through my third route now, and I enjoy it a little less with every playthrough. It contains maybe the worst map in Fire Emblem history. I would put as the third worst Fire Emblem, but that still makes it a pretty enjoyable/good game. --- werd |

Like when you cant actually taste the initial ingredients of the fucking pizza when you just drown it in a million other things. The thing is that unless you have the worlds fucking thinnest burger this is likely not going to happen, which is really the key. Most pizza is fairly thin and it's a lot easier for the core of the pizza to be masked or hidden by toppings if you put enough on. This is not saying the person does not like pizza, but maybe they would elect not to eat pizza if they could not put said toppings on it to a point where they actually tasted the pizza. It's like someone saying they like coffee... but only if they put 20 teaspoons of sugar in it. Or if you are still insistent on saying the belief that it doesn't matter what's actually on the pizza... it's still pizza. Then you have to concede that there are just too many feasible combinations to make it fair to just lump them into one dish. What if someone only liked green tea and disliked every other type of tea? Does this person like tea? welp I'm out --- werd |

I even don't mind battalions~ The art is painfully ugly in some places, and monastery is so poorly designed, and maps are a little dull (I've had maps where I had to walk all my units down the map, uninterrupted, for several turns in a row.) but ultimately it's a good fire emblem, and the character interactions are totally boss. Also *my prediction for endgame spoilers, don't click this unless you've beat it* --- werd |
