I said that it was super divisive among the fan community (and it was, as multiple people have backed me up on) and caused many people to complain about the game and some people to start disregarding the series (which ultimately hurt MGS3 sales, even though you seem to think it was because of bad controls?), and that Death Stranding.won't have to deal with that as Kojima has a very established fanbase now on his name alone. I agree that MGS2 is the best MGS from a pure gameplay standpoint, and I'm not disagreeing that it didn't get great reviews. So I really have no idea what your fucking problem is except that I won't make believe that people praised MGS2 as the GOAT from release, which they fucking didn't because a ton of the fanbase were buttsore over the Raiden switcheroo. Maybe you've been playing since MGS, but if you honestly don't remember how much shit that got you must not have been on MGS forums and the like at the time. --- |
