Im debating about seeing it today since its cheap movie Tuesday and Ive watched most the MCU movies. I wanted a MCU movie to tank badly so that hopefully the execs would need to course correct the franchise and maybe save it from the assembly line style most of the movies have been on since phase 2. I didnt want The Marvels to be the one that came out all the way on the bottom and be forced to the jeers of the M-She-U YouTubers while having no critical defense for itself. |

| VeesMcGees 11/14/23 12:34:26 AM #2 | From what Ive heard of snake husbandry, live feed isnt necessary in most cases, so the act is unnecessarily cruel. Before someone says that snakes kill in the wild, so do all other carnivorous animals, and most of those kept as pets arent being fed live food. However, from a practicality standpoint, I dont have an issue with using (unfortunately) unwanted animals as food. Shelters get crowded, and if the animals were healthy enough but not finding homes, humane deaths used to aid in other animals survival is something Id find acceptable. |

This isnt the cats fault, same as it isnt the other animals fault; this is a problem caused by humans. Humans must be the solution. Its bogus to have to tolerate an invasive species killing the native fauna. |

| VeesMcGees 11/13/23 9:31:41 PM #1 | I made a skillet with potatoes, soy chorizo, over-easy eggs, and cheddar cheese for dinner. While I normally prefer to eat skillets earlier in the day, I had all the stuff tonight and that sounded much better than the noodles that I would've eaten otherwise. The time of day for foods associated with breakfast and food associated with dinner usually doesn't affect if I'm cooking the food myself and the food takes longer than a few minutes to make. I never give myself a lot of time in the morning, so for things like waffles, I only make them on my off days (if the mood strikes) and I never have that energy in the morning on my off days, so they're something I make for lunch or dinner. How about yourselves? |

Then, all the nostalgia villains are there so the audience can remember (some) better movies with no actual purpose to the story. Thankfully for No Way Home, Love and Blunder brought Thor back to the tradition of having the worst movie each phase that had previously been suspended by Ragnarok. |

I liked the preview trailer and like Ms. Marvel, but everything Ive heard is that movie is that its another bland, assemblyline movie like most other MCU movies. This was a problem before phase 4, but I think people have passes to crap back then because everyone was excited by the buildup to Infinity War. Beyond the people who got made fun of She-Hulk, I know a lot of people just dont care about the MCU anymore. |

For comedy, I can only imagine that the behind the scenes people who are ugly would hold any power or influence on physical appearance. Otherwise, the worst case might be some east fans who just like him for being easy on the eyes. Unless theres a bunch of weird, jealous incel fans in the community, I cant see people being upset that hes conventionally attractive. |

I might give WandaVision a better ranking than Lokis second season. I thought WandaVision fell hard at the ending, but had been pretty strong up until that point. I need to finish Lokis second season tonight, but its mostly being help up by its cast. I thought the first season explored the characters really well. |

The first Pacific Rim is an incredibly dumb movie, but it has enough going on that it keeps my attention in between the giant robots punching monsters. |
