Like some crime can drive down the cost of neighborhoods and make it cheap for some people who couldn't afford to live elsewhere. You take most of the crime away and the value and desirability rises, and people who can't afford it have to leave for somewhere else. ... Copied to Clipboard!

This isn't possible with our level of technology and might never be, but I don't think there's any such thing as a truly non preventable crime. A lot of crime laws are also just there because of abuses. If people also wouldn't abuse certain allowances, a lot of crimes today wouldn't have to be crimes. Depends on what is and isnt considered a crime. In an awful society, crime could be necessary. Society hopefully wouldnt go down those routes. Im talking theft of goods to survive, having to lie to protect people. But basic stuff like murder and rape, yeah those arent necessary. ... Copied to Clipboard!
