We're "United States of Americans", or "Americans" for short. Kinda like people from Brazil are Brazilian- it's based off the full name of your country.

It might be the United Kingdoms, but we don't call them UKian. We call them by the country they are from.

Based off the context I'm seeing USians used, it looks to be a word some random kids made up to be facetious. Then others used it in the same manner, and now you have a handful of people who saw it and instead of thinking about it, just used it like it was a real word. Stop.

Lokison

It's been said plenty here, buts the intent behind it.

Bayonetta vs Quiet (MGSV) is a great example.

Bayonetta literally removes her clothing as she attacks- but was a design choice that makes some sense and makes for some badass visuals just as much as sexy ones.

Quiet is just eye candy with a shoehorned explanation of "she breathes through her skin" even though there were hundreds of different clothing options to choose from that would allow the skin breathing thing to be true.

99% of the time a dude is drawing that shit, it's literally porn. When a woman dresses that way, she's choosing to ignore what others think- which is usually "put some clothes on" or "shit, I gotta get home a draw that shit to beat it to later".

wouldn't it be fair to say that every other saga was what DB is supposed to be and Cell Saga didn't have enough?
But.. that's not true. DBZ was the split as a whole. Once Raditz showed up things changed.

You really think Goku sacrificing himself in front if his 4 year old son wasn't darker than Goku dying of heart disease?

Edit: TC did say "tons" and not all or most even, so it does stand to reason he'd be right if he argued that instead of why he's right about why people like the cell saga.

I liked the Cell Saga most, but I was introduced by the Saiyan Saga.

To me it was an evolution to what was before it. DBZ is a show "with a lot of risk" shown, but the Dragon Balls always made the issues seem trivial. Cell made those threats just as real as King Piccolo. It was dark, but wasn't JUST dark. It would have been a very fitting end for the series.

Buu was trash because it dragged and dragged. It literally became "Goku & Friends" at this point. In every previous arc/saga, other characters got to do SOMETHING awesome without it being a copy of Goku. Buu Saga was a whole bunch of Goku pulling new shit out of his ass with no training segments, just a bunch of "Oh I learned this while I was dead".

Okay, so the employee who sold the rifle gets life (or death in prison) since the shooter killed himself.

Gotta have some accountability here, it's not the store or manufacturer's fault. Guns are primarily tools after all.

/s
I didn't say that, I was pointing out how stupid the whole thing is. Hence the baseball bat comment. If you're gonna do the whole "the store and manufacturer should be held liable", how for will does it go? Baseball Bats are one of the most used weapons in assaults. It would be absolutely stupid to try and go after those people for all the skull cracked, so why are we gonna jump on the gun manufacturer?

Honestly seems like you get my side.

That's the employee. Although the business DID hire that dipshit to operate as a face of the company, there's 100's of employees that would have done it right, but would be out a job because one dipshit fucked up. These days you can't do that, shits to hard for people. You gotta attack the core issue, and surgically remove the issues so the innocent don't get fucked.

That's not attacking the core issue. I see where your coming from, but the issue there is them lobbying their agendas and being able to get away with it. They should he held responsible for that part, but not the part where someone managed to scam their way into getting a gun because of (probably) lazy employees and used it incorrectly.

Companies should not be allowed to use money for anything regarding active politics. Nor be able to bit more building property than they require to operate.

You can't hold the company responsible for what an invidual does with your product. You can argue that guns aren't for anything other than killing, but sport shooting exists. As a sport. As does baseball.

You'd be hard pressed to find language that specifically calls out strictly firearms without it potentially bleeding over into territory it shouldn't and being used as yet another tool for evil. I say all this as someone who owns no guns, but has had all the cub/boy scout training surrounding them.

I believe you're thinking of a different show. They had some stunts like that, but most of the stunts were (extremely) stupid shit they agreed to do beforehand.

Okay that's fair. But yeah, that should definitely be shown in a background check. If we had proper red flag laws, no one would have been able to sell him this rifle with that. At least legally. Also considering he didn't get the suppressor, I doubt he went somewhere else that wouldn't have checked for that. Either they sold it to him or someone else didn't care. Gun stores and gun lobbies should be at fault for those deaths.
And Baseball bat companies should be held responsible for all the people bludgeoned by baseball Bats.

When I was younger I didn't like that after all this time (even with a sliding timescale) his whole thing was being an emo-kid about Uncle Ben dying and thought he needed to nut up and shut up about it.

Then I got older and realized how great that character traits is. He's not "wallowing in the past" he's recognizing where he failed, in the biggest fuck up in his life (to him), and using that to motivate him. He's not just forgiving himself and going back to his old self. He works to make sure he never let's a mistake like that happen again.

His powers make little to no sense as "powers of a spider", but he developed the tools himself, showing how smart he is. He's an everyman, and that great. He works hard, he's smart, poor. He's awesome, and deals with very real issues.

Hardly relatable though when he's always getting really attractive woman to date him, getting rich once in a while, having people that unconditionally love him. He's almost a parents wet dream.
