As such it is important for such persons who stray to find a strong sense of personal and self identity through which they might stand tall as they navigate a society that would gladly attempt to do them harm simply for existing. I should find myself to be one such described people and as such must find my own way through life and to try and embrace and accept those parts of myself which others would attempt to deny me access to. Therefore it would not be inaccurate to describe the simple act of existing a form of defiance and revenge, but this should not entirely be the case as one must also take in to account the fact that my happiness is one which must be wrought in to existence, almost entirely by my own two hands. Which is to say my revenge I'd existing openly in a society that seeks my death and to erase that I and any like me ever existed as well as to accept and embrace myself and lastly to be happy when it is not simply the world that seeks to prevent me such things but most other humans. Best case scenario would be trips where you brought them every other time. Because it's awesome to show your kids experiences, but you also sacrifice how much you get to take in on trips. You can never just stand there and look off in the distance, absord the beauty knowing no one is gonna disturb you. Also, not having intrusive thoughts about if you forgot to do something for your kids. 100% to all of that, and then add on top your kid just bitching at you that they want to go back to the room to use their iPad. It would ruin it. There are alot of family destinations though where I could see it might add to the experience. Same time I've lived in FL for the past 19 years and Disney does nothing for me anymore. --- I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide. |

Fucked up part is, as soon as I gained 3 pounds, Covid knocked me back 6. I definitely should try harder. Part of depression is that trying harder feels even harder. That's not an excuse, just a reason Im not doing the most. Understood I just identified with the always be scrawny thing cause it's something I used to think. It definitely is possible. Again I think from what you've shared a large issue you have is "paralysis by analysis." You cope with things well, and think about them logically. We're the same height, but completely different builds, and he was chugging a lot more protein shake than I was. Gotta take in calories too. I was always the skinny guy, super fast metabolism etc. I started to take lifting seriously like two years ago and went from 5'10 150 lbs. To 5'10 168 lbs. He'll help my wife cook in the kitchen. We actively involve him in our daily activities. We taught him to crack an egg, beat the eggs, we have him pour the eggs into the pan, mix pancake batter. Taught him to make fresh orange juice with this kid friendly juicer we got. I mean he loves his TV shows but he rather do the other stuff with his than watch TV. You sound like a good dad, but at some point your kid will exposed to his peers. So this is gonna happen eventually, no matter what.
