What is this Han?

All it is is a community of Board 8 D&D(slash pathfinder, slash other systems) players to get together and try to play games. If you want to host a single session, then VOLUNTEER AND JUMP IN FEET FIRST! Nobody should be afraid of trying to DM for the first time, because in the end, you can just make stuff up and your players have to deal with it!



Han wants to start a 5e campaign?

YES. I am suffering from emotional despair, and one of the things I've been toying around with is starting a campaign so I can tell stories with a group of characters whom I can only tangentially influence. FUN.

So what's this campaign about? Simply put, the continent is at war. Northmount, the most diplomatically forward of the nations, surprised everyone by declaring war and invading the lands of the Khotan League, a nation of unified city states. The reasoning behind this invasion is murky, but the Khotan people defend their lands fiercely.

You as a PC are a new recruit in the Khotan army.

The campaign would likely meet Tuesday nights, maybe around 8pm. If enough people are interested, then I might need to host two separate groups every other week. We would play on discord with voice chat, with me maybe hopping into roll20 when I get comfortable, for maps' sake.

Also Shad claiming power when he was ninja is super interesting. I think Chris aka Vince McMahon was yelling in his ear to claim power because if he claimed nilla I would probably win a head to head between me and him but I'm biased of course.

I don't know, Shad had a pretty strong case for defending himself.

The biggest problem with this podcast is that Ermine and Steiner's audio level is much lower than Nick's audio level. It's harder to hear Ermine and Steiner than Nick.

There are usually ways of adjusting audio levels.

That looked potentially like Scum protecting a Scumbuddy. The timing was awkward, but him flipping Town means it doesn't mean anything.


In the Town/Town scenario, Nana was the only person who looked particularly worse, iirc.

Is there really anything Shad could say at this point to convince us not to lynch him? In his position, the only option would be to call Leo a liar and given the choice between a Shad lynch and Leo lynch, that will obviously come out as a Shad lynch.

Does somebody have enough time to collect vote records and label them according to Town/Scum flips?

I think if I had to go with one alternative lynch, it would be Han. I was extremely concerned about how he was trying to attack both Death and I earlier, and for a guy who was initially "Puns is lynched no matter what today", he sure as hell hasn't done much to force it.

I'm at my grandma's installing a cabinet/sink in her restroom, but I'm keeping up best I can.

I'm honestly not sure about puns at the moment. I'm trying to justify the bus driver and all the actions claimed thus far and it's difficult to. I feel like somebody is lying but I need to sketch everything down to figure out what makes sense and what doesnt.

Neither looks great but killing dowolf answers more questions since VI wasnt on either lynch day 1.

Power claims sort themselves out.

If Death is Scum then they have to maintain the facade of role blocking him or actually give away scan info (if he is Scum Thief, the info is still info they have to give Town).

If he's Town, Scum have to role block him or let him loose.

Either way, it directs a roleblocker or gives Town scans. Or lying is revealed.

Can't comment on Shad now, but I still trust him.

Puns isn't off the table, I just don't think there's anything more to get from him by tossing on votes and pressuring him. He claimed, we saw him in an almost-lynched situation, we saw how other people reacted.

Better use of time to focus elsewhere.

I am aware of your timezone difference, not specifically that you were absent. If you said it I skimmed over it, but I really don't keep individual tabs on when everyone should or should not be in the game.


And if you don't want to be held responsible for being the person to provide an alternative lynch for people to hop on to... don't vote! Or should we all pretend you weren't on the FFD lynch, would that make you happy?
