You may need Drain-O. If that's still not enough, maybe try a loose ribbon tied to a stick you can wave around.

Seriously speaking, you may actually want drain-o or similar if the cat sheds at all. Hair might block the drain once you get her out

(Disclaimer: I'm not an expert, but like 10 years ago we had a clogged drain problem that I'm pretty sure my parents said was caused by dog hair in the shower drain)

Fun fact: didn't even have to do it! Thought there was vibration in the pipes causing the water to sputter out so I shorted the extensions beyond the valves and it didn't fix it. Turns out it was rust built up in the faucet from it sitting all winter.
