Because it was completely unjustified. If she did what the cop wanted she would have broken the law and potentially lost her license. The cop was 100% in the wrong and now that white America sees that yes, it can happen to little Sally May, they're starting to realize hmm, maybe there IS a problem with the police in this country. There are too many damn instances of them overstepping their bounds for it to be "one bad apple!!!" And when their fellow officers refuse to do what's right, it's clear the entire tree is rotten. How officers are chosen and trained needs to be vastly overhauled across the country.

The American peoples and I'll explain why.

1. The majority of the plans that Trump were gonna cut were ones imposed by Bush after Katrina.

2. The ones that Obama implemented and were cut were man made climate change funds. pseudo science funds that need to be stripped and contribute to a bloated budget.

3. These cuts help create a leaner more efficient government able to respond more quickly to disasters and ultimately help the populations of disaster zones AND relieve the burden on taxe payers across the country.
