can i get a quick rundown of this story? Cop illegally arrested and forcefully detained a nurse who refused to perform an illegal blood test on an unconscious patient who could not consent to the test. He had no warrant. The nurse would have lost her license. Any result from the test would have been protected by Hippaa so the cop couldn't have gotten it anyway. The hospital could have been sued for performing the test. There is video of this and it's pretty brutal. ... Copied to Clipboard!
