They've got a pretty wide range of stuff, from more budget-friendly to top-of-the-line gaming rigs. The prices are competitive (unlike Alienware) and they have pretty good build quality too. The one I just bought is an MSi and it's one of their top-tier models. The thing is built like a tank, hardly any flex on chassis, plenty of ventilation for the built-in cooling even without using any extra laptop cooling pads/fans. And, again, it's got Windows 10 and I haven't had a single issue with it yet. It was a custom build through GenTechPC.com, and if you're planning to get a custom build instead of just a standardized off-the-shelf laptop, I highly recommend them. It took a couple days longer than their estimate and I hadn't received a shipping notification yet, so I called them up and their service guy was extremely knowledgeable and explained what the holdup was immediately and apologized, promising it would be shipped the next day. Which it was. Turns out a part for my laptop arrived and wasn't the one they had ordered, so it took an extra couple days to get the right one shipped. Not their fault, and the fact that they didn't give me some bullshit excuses, said they were sorry for the delay and they had bumped it up to the top of the priority list so that it was finished immediately when the right part came in, and spoke to me like a reasonable human being puts their customer service far above the vast majority of companies, imo. Considering older versions of Windows get less and less support, it only makes sense to go with the newest stable version currently available.
