Final smash is showstopper. *Daisy: Brings in elements from otherwise unrepresented Mario spinoffs. Throws baseballs, swings giant paintbrushes, and final smash is driving a go kart that makes her invincible and deals collision damage. *Birdo: Obviously would specialize in firing eggs (as opposed to Yoshi, who throws them) but also throws those hard mushroom things that you stack up in SMB2. Final smash is a really big egg that deals enough knockback to KO at low damage. *Rundas: Ice powers, duh. Throws ice chunks that freeze on contact and generates damaging ice pillars at medium range ahead. Recovery is his ice slide. Final smash is hypermode, which gives him super armor and a very powerful phazon stream. *Black Shadow: Plays literally just like Ganondorf. Final smash is like Captain Falcon's but it's a little slower and has greater area of effect. *Dixie Kong: Throws random barrel. Steel ones bounce off walls but deal little damage. Wooden ones deal more damage but break on contact. Final smash summons a horde of animal friends to trample over the enemies. *Jeff: Attacks with semi-homing rockets and short-range shock gun. Final smash is Gaia Beam, which is huge and sits on his shoulder like a bazooka. *Hector: FINALLY REPRESENTS A DAMN AXE USER FROM FIRE EMBLEM. Final smash is a one-hit-KO critical hit, but you have to get in range for it to be effective. *Ephraim: FINALLY REPRESENTS A DAMN LANCE USER FROM FIRE EMBLEM. Final smash is a one-hit-KO critical hit (upward thrust) with low horizontal range but great vertical range. *Krystal: I'll be honest, I just hate Wolf, so Krystal would just be a skin that isn't so dang edgy. *Kain: Smashes all involve the spear, specials are combo wind/spear attacks. Final smash is of course his jump move, which you can aim coming down like the dragoon pickup. *Isaac: I have no idea since I've never played Golden Sun. I just know you can't make a Smash Bros 5 roster without putting him on it. *Crash Bandicoot: Spins, throws TNT boxes at short range, slide attacks. Final smash, he gets the Aku Aku invincibility mask, increased running speed and a little more knockback. *Sora: Attacks with Keyblade for normal attacks, magic for specials. Final Smash summons Riku for their limit move from KHII. Updates: **Luigi: Uses Poltergust 3000/5000 for tether grapple ability **Kirby: Final Smash gives him a Robobot which has super armor and very high damage/knockback **Link: Just one Link. Make him the middle ground of the three existing Links in terms of stats, keep normal Link's movelist. **Ganondorf: Having given his style to Black Shadow, Dorf can now use his sword, shoot energy blasts that can be reflected by any attack, and use a reflector himself. --- |

And, because zombies are usually just weak against head injuries, a blunt weapon makes more sense. A bat is definitely a great weapon in this regard. A quarterstaff is another option. Given that the quarterstaff is also practical *outside* of combat and can be used to thrust as well, I'd probably go with that. You know, it's funny I was just about to edit and mention a quarterstaff might actually be the best option but I had to do something else instead and forgot to come back until just now. ^5 Good point about the mace being heavy. Low range can nullify that a little but low range is a problem of its own when splatter could be deadly. --- |

But at least Obi-Wan Kenobi didn't determine that one planet was south of another and nobody used sonic weapons in space and a monster didn't disarm a jedi by hitting the blade of his lightsaber and Obi-Wan didn't chastise Anikin for being too rash moments before jumping out the window on like the thousandth floor and the two main characters didn't force sense an insect in another room while being distracted by an argument but minutes later find themselves unable to sense an assassin while actively looking for a threat and Anikin didn't talk about sand and pretend to be dead and every single character wasn't completely useless for 90% of the film except for Obi-Wan who literally stumbles upon the potential to win a war nobody knew was coming just out of coincidence and Anikin and Padme didn't develop the deepest romance ever over the course of three lines of dialog and they didn't talk about cool things happening instead of showing the cool things happen and... --- |

This also rules out many of the more blunt swords such as a khanda.they would also tire you out much to quickly. A mace might be a good choice, though the primary advantage of being able to clobber armor is left unutilized. One of those fancy ball and sickle weapons ninjas use seem like they would require tons of training. In fairness, most weapons would but those things especially. I might have to go with the mace anyway. --- |
