If all the countries got into a fight--like a physical fight, with the countries on the map, like I dunno if they turned into giant conscious blobs or something, Russia would kick everyone's ass by just body slamming them all for a one-hit KO.

China and US might put up a decent fight but I really can't see them winning either tbh.

I think the guy who lives in NYC is the odd man out, tbh.

If I could find work as a computer engineer in my little town, I wouldn't drive an hour every day. In fairness, I can't find a job as a CE in the city either. I'm working as a code monkey instead. Because I guess for every guy who makes computers, a thousand develop software for them, and for every developer there are a thousand users.

But that's aside the point. I wouldn't be able to find work as a dev out there either.

You have to go back a long way to find anything worse than

http://iv1.lisimg.com/image/9950146/640full-medal-of-honor%3A-underground-screenshot.jpg

Of course it's not a fair comparison technology-wise since this is early 3D compared to before, which was almost exclusively 2D on consoles, if you were to compare just based on how visually appealing it is, it's like some missing 2.5-gen console where everutjhng was as pixelated as a 2600 but with more colors per sprite and the ability to draw more crappy sprites at once.

Possibly the most hilarious one is there is a bit where a guy falls off a make-shift bridge and you have to pull him up. I did that and got the achievement and again it was like 0.3% unlock. So 99.7% of PS4 The Evil Within players on PS4 with an online connection saw their buddy hanging onto a clif for dear lfie and just went "LOL DON'T CARE!" and ran ahead.

Although this is a hilarious thought, consider that earlier you said many players never even got the bunny slope trophy. So probably a decent part of that 99.7% actually just never got to that part of the game instead of ignoring the guy.

That said, it does mean that basically everyone who did get there still did ignore him.

Presumably, you would make any relevant adjustment to the game so it still makes sense, and most of these would probably result in the statistics being unaffected.

For example, what's that game where you call high, low or seven before the flip? If aces were low, it would be high, low or six.

I dunno, I kinda feel like relatability is only one goal of making a good protagonist.

Like John Nash in A Beautiful Mind, how.many people can relate to being such a mathematical genius that you get a nobel prize in a completely different field or literally having a mental illness that puts you in a completely different reality in your mind and yet he's a great character and that's still one of my favorite movies today.

Literally nothing wrong with caffeine. When I drink tea or coffe. Don't really drink soda, or carbs/sugary drinks

It's all in how you use it. You can form a dependency if you're not careful. It's the reason I go easy on it. Also as I get older it tends to make me jittery more easily. Soda has never seemed to have enough to affect me but for soda the problem is that it's just too expensive to drink often.

Decaf still has caffeine.

No doubt, in small or even trace amounts. It's called decaffeinated because all coffee contains caffeine naturally and you have to remove the caffeine to make it. It of course won't be 100% effective because nothing is.

Two Face, Black Mask.

Two Face is an interesting pick, since you generally think of guys who don't have another gimmick but yeah, in effect all the stuff he does is moblike so good call.

Black Mask is also a good example.

Others include Penguin (as mentioned above), the Falcones, half the cast of TDK, Rupert Thorne, Scarface and some older takes on Mr. Freeze. Then no doubt countless oneshot characters.

In some takes, Joker kind of is a mobster. In others, he presents himself as a mobster and does mobster-like stuff for a while before revealing the crazy. And in some versions of his backstory, he used to be a mobster before he became the Joker.

None. I mostly drink water and decaf coffee. Mostly water. I do indulge in regular coffee about twice a month (caffeine has a distinct bitter yet rich flavor that decaf coffees simply can't emulate), and a soda a few times a year though.

TopicWhy Would Adam and Eve
DevsBro
04/06/17 10:14:21 AM
#9
The real question is why would they be left alone with a loaded gun(tree of wisdom), and told not to touch it. No explanation or safety around it. I sure wouldn't leave my children with a loaded gun in the middle of their room and just walk away.

This is a good question, and we're never given an answer but here's my take on it:

I love Mrs. DevsBro more than anything in the world. She's the only family member I got to choose, and the only one I ever will get to choose. Knowing that I chose her and she chose me makes the relationship so much better. I mean I love my brother too but I didn't have a choice but to he his brother. Even if we hated each other, we would still be brothers. But with Mrs. DevsBro, the nature of the relationship is in love. It's what defines our relationship to each other, as evidenced by our having the choice.

So I think the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil was necessary to God's vision for mankind. He had angels to worship him and fellowship with but what else were they gonna do? The tree existed so that man could choose God instead.

Of course God knew how things were going to play out. He knew Adam and Eve were both gonna screw it up. He knew you and I were gonna screw it up. But I think God found it worth the disappointments to have that by-choice relationship with us that we can have through Jesus. Mrs. DevsBro lets me down from time to time but she's well worth it.

So this tells me that you are illegally driving without liability insurance, or you would gladly pay much more than the cost to fix their car in increased insurance payments to just cause them a cost-free headache some day when they have to take it to get it repainted.

Or you're planning on hitting and running.
