I remember the months after that movie came out was just a flood of idiotic topics like

"How did Bruce Wayne get back to gotham?"

"How did the batwing survive a nuclear explosion?"

"Why didn't Batman just take off Bane's mask the first time?"

like these people were trying to hate the movie.

I actually had a lot of fun with these topics. I was always the guy responding with:

"Would you have preferred a montage of Bruce waiting tables to earn money for a plane ticket?"
*lengthy physics explanation post (that comes to the conclusion that it's impossible)*

Though I never heard the Bane mask question, lol.

Depends on the game. Most AAA games yes, but if you buy Nintendo games you'll be waiting a long time for the drop.

Good point.

Actually, do they ever drop in price, save for individual retailers having sales and stuff?

But more on topic, the film makes it clear that the concept of "exile" is a ruse and scarecrow just invented it as a smartass alternative death penalty so if anybody tried to do something to maxize their chances of survival, they would probably just be shot.

In BB Ra's taught him about ice and where to stand. There was even a training montage.

Yeah this one actually has a decent resolution, unlike Blake deducing Batman was Bruce Wayne because he figured out he was an orphan by looking at him, which should have already been common knowledge anyway.

Also unlike how a partial blood transfusion caused the body double to be positively ID'd as the scientist dude.

When I was jobhunting, more than one employer during a phone interview asked if I was really from Alabama because they couldn't detect an accent.

It's one of those things where I would have just hung up the phone if I could afford to do so. Might as well have, really; I didn't get any of those jobs.

Every Playstation so far has stretched at least a decade.

The PS3's decade ended last year. I know you used the "at least" as a low threshold though.

Not really. I can think of plenty of significantly better 80's games and not a whole lot of worse ones. Even just limiting it to beat-em-ups, both 80's Double Dragons were much better games.

I guess if you're judging solely on graphics it was good for 89.

Oh yeah.

Fallout 3's soundtrack got me interested in 30's-50's music, which I still listen to pretty regularly.

A Mega Man flash video on Newgrounds got me interested in Queen, and I first learned about Starsailor from the MGS3 credits reel. Two of my favorite bands these days.

Tony Hawk got me into skateboarding, but then lots of people can say that. I even hopped on my old board a couple of months ago.

I think Trump has actually surpassed W in terms of having the most nonissues being made into news stories.

Remember when W fell off a bicycle and the Left decided he was too stupid to be president? Or how about when he choked on a pretzel? At least those were things that could have turned out poorly. This is just... they didn't have anything better to insult him on.

I was thinking of completed runs Witcher 3, elder scrolls, fallout, xenonblade and such. Obviously not a requirment but why in God's name would any developer find that reasonable to me.

Crazy thing is RPGs aren't even the biggest culprits.

I have more than 160 hours in Peace Walker HD, and I'm not even close to doing everything. In fact, that's just where I drew the line and said "no thank you, I will not level up every rank of every gun to maximum and I will not play 200 missions shirtless and I willl not..." this is just to get S Rank on every mission, collect all the monster hunter item drops, comple the outer ops, get the multiplayer trophy, and collect all the AI boards and parts. I don't even want to think how much time would go into getting all the emblems, even if I hadn't already made some of them virtually impossible. Probably no joke a thousand hours.

And one of the Gran Turismo games has a howlongtobeat of literally like 400 hours for completion (100%)

Muffin's didn't know what to do. Poor Muffin!

But Muffin's owner was very smart and made a hat that kept her from running into stuff!

Now Muffin could go anywhere without getting hurt.
THE END

But she still couldn't see so that kinda sucked.

I don't understand where peanut allergies came from. Never heard of them until I was in college, when suddenly kids started getting rushed to the ER because a teacher ate peanits and then spoke to the class and her breath caused a reaction.

Were they always there and nobody cared or did something freaky happen a decade or two ago?
