Didn't go to rehab, but I moved away from my friends and lived with my grandparents for about a year cold sober. Spent my day working then helping them remodel their home so I was always productive and actually learned new skills and didn't wake up feeling like shit the next day. I got lucky with my current situation because I had a connect. I like it here though. I'm done with school and don't have kids. I don't give a shit about education right now. Also they possible are bullshitting everything. Amenities is a B? There's not shit to do there. You gotta go to Baton Rouge or Gonzales to go to any mall or movie theater. They literally got the high school band to skip a day of school to go play at the opening ceremony of a Wal Mart. Lmfao. And weather an A? It gets to almost 100 degrees with unbearable humidity in the summer, with occasional rains just to get steam to rise off the pavement. In the winter it'll be in the 30s then two days later it'll be in the 80s (no lie), then that cycle repeats itself. There's no mild weather there whatsoever. --- No one sings like you anymore |
