Hopefully this results in all the property management companies that use this being forced to give tenants refunds. If you live in an apartment complex run by a corporate property management company you are probably paying higher rent because of this and even if you don't you are probably still paying higher rent because these companies drive the prices up for everyone.

Look what happened because we got covid checks and that wasn't even much money they just turned it around and blamed inflation on the covid checks. Do you think if we got UBI it would be anything but another way to funnel more money up to the billionaires. It doesn't matter how much money we have when we don't control the prices of the stuff we need to survive.

I used to dominate when I played assassins creed 3 multi player I loved it. It was such a unique experience and you actually had to learn how to play and have an understanding of the mechanics to get good. I don't think many people had the patience to learn the game.
And I got super good at both Tom Clancy HAWX games.

That is what I miss the most about the 360 era of gaming every game had a multiplayer mode tacked on and I loved playing all the weird multiplayer games. Now they are all dead and forgotten and no one will ever get to experience them again.

I noticed a lot of the younger generation at work doesn't seem to have a concept of money or saving. I watch these people order food everyday on Uber Eats or whatever and it is from places within walking distance. Then they turn around and complain about being broke and I am like you guys spend 200 dollars a week for lunch and they are just like it is food we got to eat we should be paid more since we can't afford food.

Yeah Biden is killing it lately and the economy is absolutely crushing it. Americans now have more money than ever, inflation is going down saw it on my grocery store bill 50 bucks less than the same time last year. Gas is dropping just filled my car up for around 2.50 a gallon I bet we see gas dip below 2 dollars soon. I don't rent but I am hearing my co workers talk about how their rent went down. Their rent is literally 100 dollars less that is 100 extra dollars a month in their pocket. Biden is rocking it and you have to be blind not to see it.

Stuff like this will become the new normal. Sure people our age and older think stuff like this is stupid. But the younger generations love stuff like door dash and uber eats. I watch co workers drop 50 or more dollars on sushi for lunch when you can literally walk down the street and get the same food for a lot less. They do it daily too I don't get it. Meanwhile I am sitting here eating a sandwich and salad I made at home.

Rent is not going down because the government isn't forcing all landlords to lower down to a certain amount based on area nationwide. Plenty scheming landlords get away with their cons not being regulated against desperate renters trying to stay housed. Things are only getting worse and they will continue to do so over time. It's definitely not the Dems fault though.

I mean things are objectively getting better how can you not see it. Biden is fighting to not only lower rent but now he is lowering the price of groceries he is going after the big corporate grocery stores.

Not everyone can afford to go to the gym or even lives near one and many places in America are literal food deserts good luck finding healthy and affordable food. This why weed should not be legal. The stuff people smoke today is not the stuff the hippies smoked in the 60s. There is a link between marijuana use and violent crime as this study shows. I see a lot of people act like no weed does not in fact make you violent.
Yet in the news I saw that story about the guy who beheaded his dad.
And that guy was an avid pot smoker which probably didn't help his mental problems and violent tendencies.
As weed becomes more and more potent and readily available who knows what madness we will see happen. And don't get me started on the people who claim to drive better while high that is just irresponsible.
