As you can see in the article rent prices are even dropping now thanks to Biden. 2024 is looking good for us how much has your rent dropped so far this year?

Depends on who you ask... as a LandChad I am pissed I can't raise my rent every 6 months on my single mother tenants.

Only on commercial properties. This isn't individual rents going down but rather the average rent going down.

Rent is not going down because the government isn't forcing all landlords to lower down to a certain amount based on area nationwide. Plenty scheming landlords get away with their cons not being regulated against desperate renters trying to stay housed. Things are only getting worse and they will continue to do so over time. It's definitely not the Dems fault though.

it's all just temporary anyway, until either there is a good rich tax or the stock market bubble bursts.

I mean things are objectively getting better how can you not see it. Biden is fighting to not only lower rent but now he is lowering the price of groceries he is going after the big corporate grocery stores.
